Control Point did a great job installing heat pump system for all rooms in our home. They always kept me informed and made me aware of options when equipment availability was an issue. In the end, they finished on time and in a good time frame. The work was not as disruptive as I thought it would have been and they accommodated any special needs we had while still working from home. I would highly recommend them.

From the initial visit from Nick and his great quote on a Mitsubishi Split-Type Air Conditioner, to the professional install by Brett and Ben, I could not have been more delighted. The work was completed on schedule, the job site was kept clean and neat, and the equipment worked perfectly.
What a bonus it was to find out that because Control Point Mechanical is recognized as a preferred "Diamond Contractor" by Mitsubishi , the warranty is extended to 12 years.

I met with several service providers to find the right
match for a mini split installation at my home. Nick at CPM completed the consultation and a few things stood out about Nick. He is knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. Although there were some COVID related delays (back ordered equipment), the team came up with a plan to stagger the installation so that it could be completed as quickly as possible. I’d recommend CPM for their professionalism, nimbleness, and excellent customer service!
