My water heater died and the fine people at Sharp were able to come out the next day. Text notifications and updates were received prior to their arrival. Varni and Randy were personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their work was clean and professional. If I need to use Sharp in the future, I hope to have this dream team. Thanks again for the quick turnaround time.

Our first week home with a newborn, we developed a clog in our kitchen sink. With the new onslaught of bottles, pumps, etc.to be cleaned, this was not ideal. One other company I called before Sharp told me that the first available appointment was three weeks away. I am so glad that Sharp Plumbing & Heating was the next call I made.

Josie called and emailed me back very quickly following my submitted inquiry on the company website. She worked with me to schedule a service call to happen within days, not weeks, and also was able to get us an even sooner appointment than initially thought, a day earlier after another slot opened up.

The dynamic team of Don and Leo came to my house when they said they would and were wonderful to work with from the start. They clearly explained what the day's service would cost and got to work. Don and Leo communicated well with me and each other and showed me exactly what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. I am glad I called Sharp when I did, as between their tools and expertise, I definitely could not have handled this issue on my own.

Don is Leo's teacher in the classroom and in the field, and I could see what makes Don a good instructor. He was very personable and clearly cares very deeply about the work he does. Leo was also easy to work with and a great complement to Don's years of experience.

The end result of all this is that we got our sink problem resolved quickly and efficiently by two true professionals, for a price I felt good about paying in the end, despite some initial sticker shock. The peace of mind I got from seeing the quality work done was worth it.

I had a rocking/leaking toilet because it lost some shims. Leo was great and was able to fix the toilet in short order and it's now rock solid.

Randy and Varni were great, professional and very transparent about pricing and what they were going to do for work. Even before committing to using them to replace my water heater they offered to drain my old one for me as it was leaking and they did not want me to incur any more water damage. Response time was very quick too. I will definitely be using Sharp again.

I called Sharp at 10:30 AM to report an issue with a leak on my boiler and they had a tech sent out by 12:00 pm the same day. Angel the tech, was extremely courtesy and professional and did a through job to fix my problem. He also took time to explain there were components on the heating system and the water tank failing and advised I take care of it before the heating season begins. I recommended their service and will definitely use them again.

Sharp was professional and helpful on the phone and got me service in a day at a time when everyone is extremely busy.

They called ahead and came exactly on time. Brandon was proficient, explaining my options clearly and completing the work swiftly. I appreciate the company pricing work by the job. This makes everything clear and transparent from the start so there are no unwelcome surprises.

Excellent Service. Called to have an outdoor spigot repaired due to leakage and low water pressure. Same day appointment. Robert and Randy showed up on time and were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, acknowledged and answered all my questions and concerns. A replacement spigot was needed and Quoted. Work was done efficiently and area left as tidy as they found it. These guys are wonderful to work with and this review comes with the highest recommendation. Great team and a two year parts and labor warrenty. Great job to the team. Happy happy customer.

Randy and Robert were wonderful. We had them come out to service our pool heater but they did a thorough inspection of the entire house on top of that. This was greatly appreciated as we just bought the house. We had a list of items on our “to be fixed” list and it’s nice to know we can get them all taken care of by one company.

Our AC went down in the middle of a heatwave. Sharp Plumbing and Heating answered right away when I called and sent somebody out immediately. The technicians were polite and professional and able to identify our issue in minutes And they fixed our issue right away. We are so appreciative to have had this taken care of with such little stress. Will absolutely use them again.
