Sharp Plumbing & Heating

I had the classic plumbing crisis. Water backing up from a clog somewhere in the main line that is beyond my capability to snake. Toilet flooding into my bathroom, standing water in the tub, flooded basement…the thing you never hope happens in your house. Don arrived early, diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate, fixed the problem quickly with no additional charges or hidden fees. He also listened to me cry as I was walking him through my flooded house showing him the issues without judgement which I appreciated! I can’t imagine such an experience going any better than it did. Thanks a ton Don. Highly recommended!

Joe Coelho did a wonderful job of installing the down draft propane gas cooktop and also connected the downdraft system to the cooktop in a professional manner. He knew what he was doing and did a clean install. He came back again to fix the burner issue where the flames were very weak and diagnosed that the issue was not related to the cooktop, but the regulator on the propane tank. He also took the time to explain and show his diagnosis on the propane tank with the knowledge of an expert.
The Propane gas tank company came and replaced the regulator and the issue was resolved. I will definitely hire Sharp Plumbing and heating for any future repairs or Installation.

Leo and Bryant were very responsive, on time and efficient with their time. I called in for the first time as a commercial customer the same day to see if they could fix the issue the same day and the lady on the phone kindly said she would squizz us in the same day I called and she did, not only that but I was sent in a text message to track and to see who’s my plumber for the same day!!! 5 star ⭐️ company who truly knows how to treat their customers fair and square, definitely recommend this to other people even for residential too!!!

Erick and Josh came because I didn't have heat in one of my radiators. I thought the problem originated in the basement, but they knew what it was before they even got upstairs. They bled out the problem radiator and then did all of the others too just to be sure. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Thanks again Sharp!

Varni and Josh came early in the morning, as scheduled to look at the water heater problem. They recommended that the water tank be changed to which I agreed.

I was very impressed with their gentle personality and good professional behavior. They did an excellent job in explaining the problem (though I did not really need explaining because I simply wanted to trust them) and fixing it.

Overall, a great experience and I recommend their service with no reservations.
