Sharp Plumbing & Heating

Everyone we spoke to at Sharp Plumbing and Heating was professional and helpful. Our plumber Don really went above and beyond to find, explain and fix a issue with plumbing hardware that effected four units in our condominium building. Don patiently described the problem and the options to fix it in terms that we could understand. He then worked with all parties to do the job as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

Don came to our house and gave us his professional opinion on our unit. He was very nice and was able to explain everything that was going on with our unit and what needed attention immediately and what could hold off.He was prompt and professional.

I called to request a quote on a kitchen remodel. They came out immediately after I provided them with a design plan, however the quote wasn't accurate. They included things that didn't relate to the job or omitted other things so I sent them a detailed email requesting a revision to their estimate. Two phone calls and another email later, no response. It's unfortunate because we have a number of other renovations that we are doing and wanted to build a relationship with a reputable, responsive plumber. Not a good way to do business.

Great experience! Leo was fantastic! Arrived exactly when expected, explained all the work and charges and did a great job. Would definitely call Sharp again!

Angel was very good with the work on my heater. He makes sure the problem on my heater was solve and he was very professional during the repair. I just hope that everything works out perfectly because our heater has been giving us problem since we moved in our home two months ago. Having little kids and facing problems with the heater is very very worrying and stressful. I just hope that everything is in great condition now and going forward.

I've had the guys from Sharp Plumbing come out to my house a few times now and everytime they've all been very professional and friendly. Special mention for Tony, Leo and Josh! Would definitely recommend!

My appointment was postponed several times within a week span and on the day of the appointment which was scheduled between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. I received a text message at 2:50 p.m. that Carlos could not wait any longer, I am puzzled at this time sequence if an appointment is between 3:00 and 4:00 how could someone not wait anymore 10 minutes before the appointment, so I called the office I was told that they were going to text Carlos and get back to me and thar was 50 minutes ago, so far no response.

Leo & Randy were prompt, professional, and able to pinpoint the problem quickly! As a facilities employee at a retail establishment we need to have our building ready for our customers and employees. Thanks to Leo and Randy we were able to conduct our business without any interruptions!

We called them to come out and give an estimate on replacing a SINK. (A red flag should have been raised when they said they could come first thing the next morning.)
Upon arrival, we were immediately told they cannot replace a sink! But, oh, they know a guy who can come over in an hour (!)
Meanwhile, Sharp charges us $89 just to say they can't do it.
So, we wait for the guy, who did show up fast--and he said he can't replace the sink without replacing all the counters. Even the ones nowhere near the sink, for $2,000.
This is a ceramic sink, granted it's old, but not very unusual. Divided in half, with hot and cold faucet.
Surely it's not that complicated. And we got bamboozled out of that $89.

Tony came to give us quotes on replacing our heating and AC system - he was super professional. He communicated our options to us very clearly. We appreciate him coming so quickly after we called. Sharp Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for us last year and we are very happy with the install.
