Boston Air Duct Cleaning is very a professional company! They were attentive and quickly responded to my questions and were great with communication! They were on time and very nice! I highly recommend this company!

The Boston Air Duct Services scheduled an immediate appointment when we called and asked for their help. Team came in and literally saved us, as our HVAC system needed some love and cleaning.

One thing they also taught me is that the dryer vent requires contains cleaning (as this can really turn into a fire trap with just a small spark).

Boston Air Duct Cleaning cleaned my dryer vent and all seemed well initially. However, I just learned that my dryer had been venting directly inside the wall for the last 5+ years -- the previous owner didn't put any duct work connecting dryer to outside. When this company "cleaned" the vent 1.5 years ago, they either didn't bother looking 1 foot inside the opening they cleaned or they didn't think the lack of duct work was useful information to pass along to me.

Response to owner: Correct, this service happened in Dec 2020. You offered a technician to clean the vent again for $120, which is not what I'm requesting.

These guys were super responsive and professional - they did a terrific job, and the price ended up being lower than I thought. I did not even know that duct cleaning was a "thing" and approached my AC guys first - they didn't want to handle it. But Boston Air Duct Cleaning specializes in this area, and is really great to work with. Highly recommended.

The Boston Air Duct Cleaning crew was very professional and service oriented. They did an exceptional job cleaning and fixing our air ducts - we had a hole in one of them which we could not find by ourselves. Not to mention that they worked in the August heat in the attic - I called many other AC service companies that were only interested in selling a new AC unit, this company specializes in cleaning and fixing what you have. Sean was able to make a last-minute appointment the day my property manager approved we have the forced air duct vents cleaned, he was here within an hour! He was polite, informative, and efficient. This was probably the first time our vents had been cleaned in 10+ years, and they look great. He removed a lot of dust, old animal hair, rocks, and more. Great service!
