This team provided outstanding service! Over and above what we expected. On time, professional, and clean. Our dryer has an air vent that is difficult to reach. Sharon figured out the best way to access it and didn’t even charge us extra for the two trips it required. The price he charged was lower than his original estimate and better than any other quote we got. He’s the guy we will go back to in the future, for sure!

He was nice but on the phone he told me $120 to clean the vent if it's in the basement. Then, when he got here he said $130. He also charged an additional $45 just to clean the front of the dryer where the filter is. I found it to be expensive and I don't know why the price changed when he got here because the vent is easily accessible and my basement is very spacious. He also told me that the vent was in good condition and barely had anything in it. So, $175 is a bit much in my opinion.

Had an appointment yesterday, did not come with right equipment to do the job. Left our dryer line disconnected. I messaged them yesterday. Told them what happened. Made another appointment for today. Never showed up. No call… No message… No nothing. Now I have to reconnect line some how. Please be careful…. Excuse me. I have every message between us. Also my son was here and saw the whole thing. Please don’t lie….

Seemed to do a good job, and technicians were pleasant. But were over 2 hours late. They didn't contact me; I had to call thrm to see what was going on. And they appear to be a bit more expensive than some of the competition.
