Dan came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. I decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the quotes from last year. It was fair and a great price point for me. Very good service and the follow up is awesome.

Stay away. Their techs didn't show up three times. When a tech finally showed up, all he did was install an air filter and charged me $250 (cash, no doubt so I couldn't chargeback) for it. Also, the tech wasn't a licenced HVAC technician. Subsequent calls to their business fell on deaf ears. This is a scam. Don't use Thunderbird.

We had a great experience getting our AC and furnace replaced by HVAC Repair Company. 100% a scam. Only took cash, gave no receipt. After they left, we compared to photos we took prior to their arrival and nothing was even touched. We spoke to three managers, were promised new technicians Would come out every day- no one ever came, no one ever called. After we were called at 11 pm “ by mistake” we decided to look at the website for the company- there is none. No Facebook. Emails are fake. Location is an emergency room. So dumb. Scam scam scam.
