Had a great experience with Nick from Santon Plumbing and heating today. My mom’s furnace wasn’t firing and with cold weather approaching I wanted to know that her heat would be in good working order for the winter. Nick responded promptly and professionally. He quickly assessed the problem and had the furnace running within minutes. He didn’t try to oversell the repair, instead he treated it like he was fixing something in his own home. I recommend Santon to anyone for their heating/plumbing needs.

I recently has the pleasure of using Santon Plumbing & Heating twice. Once was for a small renovation of and existing bathroom and the other was for an urgent call for a problem with our heating system. In both cases the service techs were prompt and professional. In both cases the fees charged were very reasonable in relation to value added. I would recommend Santon for anyone looking for a local plumbing/heating/AC expert.

Todd from Santon Plumbing & Heating provided us exceptional service in replacing the motor on our air handler that died in the middle of the August heatwave. He quickly diagnosed the issue and as soon as the part arrived the next day he had it installed later that same. Through the whole process there was great communication and professionalism. We are so appreciative of the level of service we received and plan to use them for an upcoming project.

Had a really bad experience with this company. Will not advise to anyone in my neighborhood. The plumber was nice but you pay by the hour and he loved to talk and not work. Caught him smoking a cigarette outside and on private phone call. He went to his truck and disappeared for 20 minutes. The main aspect of our job was installing a gas dryer which seemed pretty standard. He needed to drive to go get a part which seemed super basic and was away for 40 minutes. More importantly he gashed our wall of our new construction home and didn't mention it. I saw it and called him out on it and he tried to blame the builders. Would never plan on using this company again - I would look elsewhere and don't let google reviews fool you. On Yelp I see they are rated low which I wished I checked before.

We scheduled an appointment, he came in and was really professional. Reviewed all of the concerning areas, he cleaned up and re inspected his work. To make sure Everything was working properly. I highly recommend and will continue doing business for any other issues I come across in the future.

I can not rave enough about Santon plumbing! From my phone call with Dan to Nick showing up very quickly I couldn’t be more thrilled. My sump pump in my down stairs bathroom was no longer working and sewer was everywhere! Something no one wants to come home to.

Dan was very attentive on the phone and reassured me he’d have a tech over within the hour. Nick showed up right on time, could clearly see how stressed and exhausted I was from dealing with this situation and immediately put me at ease. He answered all my questions, was extremely friendly, patient, helpful and got the job done quickly and with the out most professionalism. I honestly couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Nick for all calls he truly was a God sent!

I had no heat and a friend recommended Santon Heating and Plumbing so I called and they came out right away. The man who came out was friendly and professional and he told me exactly what was wrong, left to go get the part and came right back and completed the job for less than what I googled it would be!
