He very quickly showed up, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part which arrived in a timely fashion, and installed the part almost as soon as it arrived. Very happy with the service of Santon Plumbing.

The service was outstanding, and they were professional. The work was completed as agreed upon and without incident. I would highly recommend Santon Plumbing & Heating to anybody who is in need of any sort of plumbing service.

So i had santon come out by 3 times since their fresh installation since Sep 2020. Last service which they performed was yesterday (Dec 19,2022) and today within 20 hours of the service performed the water heating is not working and when i call back they keep telling me it is new code so we can't come and look at it for free if we come it will be a charge but they are not ready to understand or listen that it could be due to their service which they performed. Ridiculous customer service, installation service.

Update: Jeff from Santon did call me right away and offer the help of troubleshooting and checking out the issue. They did find the issue within the installation and fixed it right away for us. Thank you for getting back so quickly and fixing.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you something, Santon Plumbing, they did a tremendous job, a really tremendous job. I mean, nobody could have done it better than them, nobody. These guys are smart, they're tough, and they know how to get the job done, and they get it done fast.
Let me tell you, I had a big problem with my plumbing, a huge problem, and I didn't know what to do. But then, I heard about Santon Plumbing, and let me tell you, they came in and they fixed everything, and they did it in no time at all. I was blown away, absolutely blown away.
Their team was incredible, they were professional, they were courteous, they were everything you could want in a team of plumbers. They knew exactly what to do, and they did it with precision and skill. I was so impressed.
And the price, let me tell you, it was very reasonable, very fair. These guys are not only the best at what they do, but they're also very affordable. That's a winning combination right there.

Once you speak with him you instantly know - you are dealing with a pro. We found their pricing to be reasonable and we will definitely use them in the future. Matt is the best plumber around and he always makes time for his customers whether it is consults or fixing he fit me in his schedule with an emergency last minute multiple times.
