Doug and his assistant were great: knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. They explained everything and gave options to fix the problem, without pushing for the most expensive. Very satisfied.

Liam was great and got the job done. They price per job, not per hour, and I thought the pricing was high, two people, two and a half hours, $850 to replace outlet, dimmer, and a ceiling light.

Had a tough hydronic heat issue, and was having a hard time getting anyone to come out an look at it, let alone respond (current labor shortage, I imagine). Tingly was responsive and got someone out on pretty short notice. The technician, Kyle C, was phenomenal. Very smart, very professional, explained everything. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed within about an hour. Had them back again the next week for some additional work i wanted done. These guys arent the cheapest around, and for good reason. Absolutely top quality work and service. They'll be my go-to in the future.

I have been a customer of Tingley for several years now and was thrilled when they started to do HVAC work. Every technician that has done work for me has been professional, and knowledgeable. But more than that, they explain what needs to be done and give you an honest assessment. They take the time to answer all your questions and advise when it’s best to make repairs versus replacing. I wish more companies were like them.

Tingley had a technician out on Tuesday who figured out the motor was shot in our unit. He returned Thursday to install it. It took all night but our house got down to 72 degrees again but then the unit was running really loud again. Brett came out and determined the fan had also broken. He drove to Bellingham to get a new on, returned immediately and installed it. Biggest surprise was no extra charge for the replacement fan. Every other company we’ve used charged us for every little thing costing us thousands. I’m DEFINITELY using these guys again. YOU SHOULD TOO!!
