He was also sensitive to my working from home and asked to ensure no disruptions to my WiFi needs during his visit so as not to impact my work!! Liam was awesome!! I’d use Tingley in the future!

Great experience! Called first thing in the AM due to an unresponsive pool pump. They showed up right on time, did their evaluation and gave me a fair price to fix the electrical issue that was causing the problem. During the repair process, they identified one quoted item that wouldn't be necessary (my existing breaker was functional) -- They let me know, and took that item off my bill. Perfect from end-to-end.

My whole-house humidifier broke down, called this company. The lady answering the phone told me it's $99 to have someone come over and let me know what's wrong (that's diagnosis, right?) and cost for repair. The technician showed up, told me $99 is just get his feet in the door. It'd be another $180 to diagnose, and he's not sure if he can fix it.

My electrician was Nick. You should list him if he works for you. He had an apprentice as well. Nick had good customer service and was able to isolate, diagnose, and fix my wiring short in under 4 hours. Only feedback I have is more attention to details would be optimal. I’d welcome Nick to help me again. 4.25/5.
