All-Temp just installed central air in my house. I couldn’t be any more satisfied on how they worked in my house. Very experienced, informative, professional, and most of all they left my house very clean every day. On top of all that the system works perfect. I have no problem recommending them to anybody.

When we decided to go with Heat pumps and mini-splits and were approved for the Mass Save rebates, we contacted 4 providers for recommendations and suggestions. As you can imagine, we received 4 very different recommendations and the estimates varied accordingly. Bob Z's recommendation made the most sense to us and was within our price range. He ordered the equipment and was ready to proceed within a few weeks.
His installation team was professional and experienced. They moved through the house unobtrusively and explained what they were doing clearly.
The systems work well and are quiet as could be. What a difference from the previous clank and hiss of the steam system we replaced!!!

New HVAC system: Quote to Installation – seamless & smooth

We recently decided it was time to replace our HVAC system which was installed in October of 1996. This 26 year old system was also installed by All Temp Systems and so we opted to stick with them for our new system too. They’re a local business and have always been quick to respond when an emergent need arose.

I requested a quotation via their web site and received a response from the owner the same day that he would prepare a quote. A day later the quote arrived for the new system and we were pleased as it was a few thousand dollars less that we were anticipating. We also compared it to two of our neighbors who had similar systems installed by them in 2018 and 2020 and found the price difference to only be about $200.00 more. (We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were holding their prices steady and offering fair and competitive pricing in a time when everything else seems to be increasing by leaps and bounds.)

We took advantage of the Mass Save heat loan program and obtained a zero % heat loan to cover the cost of the furnace which also qualified for a rebate too and scheduled the installation of the system.

The 2 technicians arrived on time as scheduled and were very friendly, polite and worked diligently on disassembling and removing the old system and getting the new system installed. In quick order, the system was ready for the gas fitter to hook up the furnace and the electrician to make the electrical connections and install the new thermostat. Within 6 hours, the new system was tested, up and running and all of the work space in the basement and outdoors was cleaned up and all of the old system components taken away.

From quotation to installation, the whole process was very easy. Everyone I interacted with (Mr. Zagame, the owner, and the installation technicians) at All Temp Mechanical Systems, Inc. have been very easy to work with and answered any and all questions/concerns I had.

I also have to commend All Temp Systems on keeping their prices reasonable given that it seems there's a fair amount of price gouging going on everywhere. Like any business, they're entitled to turn a profit...but it's nice doing business with someone who's giving their customers a good value for the money with fair pricing.

I will continue to use All Temp Systems for my future HVAC needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC company. Great company, great People and fair pricing.

To say my experience with All-Temp was excellent is an understatement!!! I’m new to town and they were highly recommendations when my house caught fire and my boiler needed to be replaced (during winter; below freezing temperatures). They came out the same day as the fire and provided not only the best priced quote but also comfort in such an emotionally hard time. Family owned company who treats you like you’re apart of their family. I’m a new home owner (doing it on my own) so of course I thought about more question after they finished. I called after they closed and someone returned my call within 2 minutes and explained the answers to my questions with words that I could understand. I could go on and on but rest assured that they’ll be there when you need them the most.

I am very pleased with the 2-zone ductless mini split that Al-Temp supplied and installed. I spoke with Bob, the President, directly and he provided recommendations for the type of unit and sizing. All-Temp then provided a competitive quote and within three weeks the units were installed. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend All-Temp and would not hesitate to use them again.

We have an 18 year old HVAC system, original to when we built house. One A/C unit would not kick on...then the blower unit itself would not turn on either. I was bracing for the worst given the age of system. Dan at All-Temp serviced the system and found the problem in just a few minutes...and while I was working in my office I could hear the blower kick on and cool air start to flow. He explained the problem simply, pricing was fair, no hard sell for "other work", super professional and honest in my opinion. Dan also serviced our heating system in 2020 for a problem and we had the same great experience then too.

All-Temp has installed and maintained 3 systems (new furnace, ductless heat/AC split and A/C replacement) in our home over the past 6 years and we are extremely happy with their excellent work. We trust them totally - their expertise and knowledge, people, and work ethic are top-notch. We feel lucky to have found them.
