I wanted to thank Bob and his team at All-Temp Systems Mechanical for not only the guidance navigating MassSave but for also doing an incredible job installing our fully ducted air conditioning system last October, 2020.

Trying to keep a long story short, we had 4 companies come out to provide estimates, Bob and All-Temp was first. Bob came in the house, walked around, went into the attic (where the unit would be housed…. We have baseboard heat) and within 10-15 minutes he walked out and said I would have a quote within 24 hours. Within 24 hours we had the quote. During Bob's walk through, I followed him around and asked questions about where the vents would be, how would the vents fit in the closets and how/where the unit would sit in the attic, etc. I also mentioned having to clear out all the storage we had up there, and he helped with showing us what could stay and where it should be moved to as well as suggested what stuff we should remove entirely. Then I asked about MassSave, which he said was something he was very familiar with and if we chose All-Temp he would guide us through the process (and he did just that). Also, the estimates were completed in August and Bob 100% complied with COVID protocols. As mentioned, All-Temp was the first quote I received and thinking back, I probably should have just made the decision then. The other quotes where either outlandish (anywhere from 5-10k more) or in one case with a company out of Hopkinton, where the rep introduced himself and immediately said “you know this is going to be an expensive job?” with a tone of ‘I don’t want to waste my time’ and that attitude carried through the entire walkthrough. Also, in each scenario each company seemed to be pushing the mini-split system which I indicated we did not want (don’t like the looks of the units on the walls). Bob didn’t push it. He mentioned the mini split option and when I indicated I wasn’t interested he educated me on what I was looking for.

October 2020 the work began and within five business days we had working AC. Bob’s team throughout the week couldn’t have been better. Each day it started with a detailed agenda of what the day would be like and what they were going to accomplish. At the end of the day, we walked through the work that was just completed and any questions I had were answered. Also, All-Temp had Braza & Mancini Electrical Contractors do they electric aspect of the job and although they weren’t here long, they were cordial and very professional walking me through and detailing the work they just completed. Lastly, both my wife and I were working from home and my two daughters were participating in remote learning. Each day we were asked our schedules and they provided details on when it may get a bit loud, again a thoughtful gesture that my family and I appreciated.

After the week of work, we started the AC and it ran perfectly (as expected and as it should). We ran it for about an hour or so and when there were no issues, we shut it off and covered the outside unit for the winter.

Which brings us to the late Spring and Summer of 2021…. As we all know, it is and continues to be hot. Once the temperature and humidity turned on here in Milford, so did our AC unit and it’s been on ever since. We live in 2,100sqft colonial and as mentioned, the unit sits in the attic. The unit is quiet, powerful and works like a charm and if I’m being honest, it’s by far the best investment we made for our home.

Lastly, this review is a bit delayed, I wanted to run the unit and give it a true test before writing. If you are looking for an AC unit to be installed in your home (ducted or mini-split) I strongly recommend reaching out to Bob and his team, there was/is literally nothing I can say as a negative. I cannot comment on the other work All-Temp does or their service department as we have yet to interact with them. Thank you Bob and All-Temp for keeping us cool this summer and beyond.

Great service, listened to our problem after 16 days with no heat ,after we had ,had another company come in first and miss dignious problem. All temp came in and had furnace running in five minutes. Great team and experienced workers. Highly recommend them.

I had All Temp Systems replace my current central AC unit. They did an excellent job. Everyone was professional and helpful from the beginning of the process to the end.They are a high quality company with very honest pricing.

I am glad to say All Temps has been a great company in our experience. My contractor used them following a house fire we had, and All Temps did my new plumbing and bathroom and hot water heater, etc. Recently we had a problem with a part they had installed and beginning the moment i notified them, starting with the lady who answered my call, to the service man who called me back to discuss, to the man who came to check out and ultimately fix the probem, we had top notch service! Turns out the part was covered under waranty so it cost us nothing. Thank you, All Temp folks!

Very satisfied with my new oil fired boiler from All Temp. Great price, installation was fantastic. The installers were polite, organized and worked hard. They left my mechanical room cleaner than they found it. Viesmann boiler is already saving me $$.

All-Temp personnel was wonderful to work with. Great price. They installed a new gas fired hot water boiler furnace and water heater. It looks like it belongs on “This Old House”, so neat, clean, and labeled.
