Climate Zone

My AC condenser quit working right before a VERY hot weekend, so I called Climate Zone immediately. Alex came out and clearly laid out my options, given that my system is about 20 years old. I was given clear choices - with prices - and opted for the cheapest (although likely short-lived) option of replacing the capacitor. Alex is very professional, friendly, and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Alex, the tech, did a great job of identifying the problem and was able to repair and have my system operating quickly. He was very professional and explained the nature of my problem and the cost components that resulted in total bill.
I would not hesitate to have him return if I have any future problems.

Demetri is very professional to give me the estimate. He went through everything, measuring and calculating during free estimate phase, take my thoughts into consideration and then seat down, design the system with me to fully meet my requirements. Though the price in the end (not his fault) does not meet my budget but his professionalism is very impressing.

Since 2005, I have used Climate Zone for installing and maintaining ductless mini-split units in my restored Victorian-era apartment buildings in Charlestown Massachusetts. During these past 17 years, they have installed and serviced 15 units in my 7 apartments. Work is reliable, very careful, clean and good humored.
Most recently, I especially would like to commend Jeremy, Jason, and Anthony for doing very fine, thoughtful work in an incredibly difficult installation situation and for keeping me informed throughout the process.

I highly recommend Climate zone. I recently got their service for my heating system tune-up. Technician Tengzin was very professional, came on time and did a thorough servicing of my heating system. He also patiently clarified all my questions.

After not showing up at the scheduled date, I had to call to ask when the technician was coming, they were a bit vague about scheduling, which got me frustrated.
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that Tanzen (technician) provided. He was professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable of my issue. My AC unit turned out to be working fine, but Tanzen provided tips for keeping it running for years to come.

We found this company via Home Depot services where we requested maintenance/tune up of our furnace. Alex was very helpful, professional and friendly. He visited us first thing Monday morning after we requested urgent service on Sunday. He assessed the situation and explained it to me, going over all fees and costs before providing the service. Highly recommend.

This was a "tune-up" with Tony for the AC. Tony was great. He explained everything! We may use Climate Zone for help with a duct & vent cleaning in the future if it is needed. I think that was what the property owner may have intended to schedule, but Tony called this a "tune-up" and he did flush out some stuff that he shared was backed up. We weren't certain what time Climate Zone would be coming because the property owner had scheduled this and also just moved to Florida. So when Tony arrived he was very patient, understanding and gave us a bit of time to get to the door before abandoning us. We appreciated this a lot! Tony also showed me how to replace the filter in the system, since I am new to the property. We really appreciate Tony's patience and expertise, especially since we are renting this property. Our experience with Climate Zone and the technician, Alex, was terrible. Our AC is still broken after spending $300 and 2.5 hours of time on incompetence.

Alex visited our condo and diagnosed the issue as an electrical issue. He came back a second time at our expense due to an oversight on his behalf during the first appointment. We were the under the impression that he could fix the electrical issue in the second appointment only to find out after more money and time wasted that we have now hire an electrician.

Alex then referred me to an electrician, who has yet to contact me back. We reached out to Alex to help us get in contact and we have received no response after multiple texts/calls.

As we sit today, we have spent over $300, our AC is still broken and we are no further along on the path to fixing it due to Alex's incompetence.

We were duped, so stay away. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Technician Tony performed a maintenance service on our AC system. As he performed the maintenance, he explained what he was doing and the results. He was knowledgeable, efficient and made recommendations that will help keep our system running at peak efficiency.
We used Climate Zone to install our central AC and heating system and they have kept it running perfectly for over 8 years now.
