Great quality service. They pay attention to details. I have had them replace my water heater, annually clean my boiler, installed A/C and miscellaneous plumbing issues. I highly recommend them. They do a good job of cleaning up afterwards and removed all the packaging and trash.

We have had Foster Plumbing and Heating to our home a number of times. Every time we have been very satisfied with price and service. Last time on August 27 the plumber came out and found that we need a washer in the hot water faucet. He did not have it and we waited until 9/11 for it to arrive from the warehouse.
First time in, the repair man spent close to an hour.
Second time in he spent approx. 15 minutes since he knew the problem.
I was charged $100.00 for the first visit and $233.00 for the second. I told the person on the phone that I thought there was a mistake but she politely broke down the prices to me.
Personally, I think it was too much to charge and will not do business with the company again.

Called to change out an old kitchen faucet and bathroom shower head. Got an appointment within a few days. Two plumbers arrived on-time and offered fast(1 hr), friendly, quality service for a reasonable rate. The work area was picked up and clean. Would definitely call this service again. A++++ Thank you!

Was charged $100 for 20 minutes of "work". They moved my dryer over 3 inches, moved my washer over 3 inches. Saw that there was a leak in my washing machine drain hose and did not even have the part on their truck to replace a generic washing machine drain hose. Minimum charge is usually $185 so I guess I should feel lucky that they only charged me $100?

Hi Linda, I'm sorry you don't feel satisfied with our services. As you can imagine there are hundreds of different brands/models of washer machine appliances and it would be next to impossible to stock a drain hose for your specific washer machine in our truck along all the other plumbing and heating parts for various other applications.

---Your technicians suggested that I go to Home Depot and get a generic drain hose which is what I did. I would expect them to keep a few generic hoses on the truck.

As a service company, we charge for our time and we have 1 hr minimum charge for our services. As you mentioned, we did take $85 off your bill. With all our new customers we are upfront with our $185 minimum labor rate before we send a technician to a customer's home and this was the case for you as well.

---I was not quoted a price upfront (I did not request one and was not given one). I did not know what the problem was in advance so I would have probably scheduled the service anyway. My issue is that they did not do any plumbing work for me at all. They moved the washer and dryer over saw a problem they could not fix and left.

We're sorry you didn't feel the need to pay the $185.00 and also sorry you aren't satisfied with the $85 discount that was taken off your bill. We hope you're able to find an appliance company that will have the drain hose you need for your washer machine.

Had issues with our heating unit and couldn't get house temperature above 60 degrees. Foster sent someone out within (literally) minutes to review the situation. They quickly triaged the problem and had things running again within a few hours from us making the initial phone call. Great job! Highly recommended!

Night I returned home from hospital after just getting a total knee replacement found out we hat no hot water . Thy arrived next after one call to expedite the repairs 5 star rating. Highly recommended.

Had them come over to give me a quote for a new AC system, and was told I'd receive the quote 2-2.5 weeks later. 6 weeks and 2-3 phone calls to them later, I still haven't heard back. They seem supremely uninterested in actually making money or doing business.

We have had a problem reliably heating on of our five bedrooms for 20 years. Zack, of Foster Plumbing & Heating, figured out the problem within an hour after inspecting our situation. Within a week, as promised, he showed up with all the parts necessary to fix the problem, and installed it in less time than estimated. And it works!!! Zach, and Foster Plumbing, were able to fix something that half a dozen other vendors were unable to do. Can't recommend Zack or Foster highly enough!

Bad News: Lowes Delivered 3 Broken Dishwashers.

Good News: The 4th one worked, and I was able to use Foster Plumbing for all of the installs.

The office people (Mandy) are great to work with, as well as all of the plumbers on staff.

Because they have a team, I was usually able to get a next day appointment.

I especially loved working with the duo of Ronnie (the Veteran) and Cole (the Apprentice). Ronnie is like a fun uncle and plumber rolled into one. He's great with the kids - a real family guy.
