Let me start by saying I work at Druziako. I've been there 6 months. I am their main repair technician and their newest employee. As a small family owned business, their main priority appears to be pleasing their customer base. While larger companies have larger overhead costs and typically push employees to increase profit margins, that is not the case with Druziako. They don't price gouge. Our main priority is not to upsell you. I work for an honest company that provides reliable service at competitive prices. Their installations are professional and neat, and at a fraction of the cost of other companies. We are affiliated with Mass Save if you need to work with them to get a replacement furnace or boiler. We provide 24-hour emergency service 7 days a week. Even though they keep costs low for their customers, they manage to treat their employees well, so I'm not going anywhere. I'd recommend scheduling your next service, or getting a free estimate for a new installation with Druziako HVAC. Ask about our heat pumps and mini splits installation and service.

The installation team (Jake and Tyson and Ed) was very professional gave us a clear understanding of what was going to happen and why. They were helpful and patient with us as we made our final decision on where to place the indoor part of the mini split system and the implication of that decision on the outside work. They provided all the necessary paperwork and helped with the information we needed to register the system under the warranty program. Once the system was electrified, Jake returned, checked the system that was now active and showed us how the remote control works and demonstrating the various functions of the unit.

I had an emergency situation where my elderly father's furnace had broken. Eddie called me back immediately and went by his house within the hour to diagnose and give me a quote. His price was very reasonable and his crew came the very next work day to install a new hot water heater and furnace. During Eddie's visit, he even told me of a couple safety issues he noticed in my father's home so I was aware. He was so thoughtful and kind. In such a stressful situation, I truly felt like we were in good hands and he actually cared. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you again Eddie.

Replaced gas powered hvac system (furnace, AC coil, and AC condenser) and thoroughly cleaned the existing ductwork in my daughter’s split entry house in Dracut. Replaced poorly installed exhaust system. The quote was very reasonable ($3,000 - $5,000 less than other quotes). More importantly, the crew was polite, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Completed the work and cleanup within 6 hours. Give them a call, I highly recommend using them!

They installed a furnace twice for us and a/c twice in the course of 37 years still happy with their professionalism and any service needed.

Druziako provided exceptional service and a fair and honest price. I had several other companies come out to our home and they would not leave an estimate with me and were easily double the cost of Druziako. Please choose this business. They were timely, professional, honest, and even completed the rebate paperwork and submitted it electronically on my behalf. What more could you ask for? They were clean and covered my floors to protect them while installing the equipment. If you want excellent service that is priced well, look no further! I had a new heating and cooling system installed and it works wonderfully. Druziako installed a single stage Carrier furnace (95%) and a 16 SEER cooling unit made by Carrier too. Great equipment! I needed an emergency replacement gas furnace and I am so happy that I found the pros at Druziako HVAC to help me out. From quote to installation, the entire team more than exceeded my expectations. Ed helped me select the right equipment for my home. The installation crew completed the work like ninja warriors, and Jess took care of all of the paperwork and backend tasks. I have worked with Druziako for years, as they did the initial installation of our central heat and AC system over 8 years ago, converting us from radiators and oil, to gas and forced air. The installation was done great, and at a much cheaper price than other quotes.

I still use them for normal maintenance on the system, and any time various issues arise, which they are always able to help with.

After we agreed on a contract, Ed was able to schedule a new AC condenser installation very quickly. The install crew of Jake and Tyson came after 5:00pm and they had a new system running within an hour or two. Very efficient and professional. We highly recommend this team!

They rescheduled me twice to start off. I had a service appt to check my central air and all the technician did was check my PSI. It was not a very good and thorough inspection and he didn’t seem knowledgeable. Also when he looked at my Thermostat he said I needed new batteries so he gave them to me and I put them in and he left. After that the compressor was not running but he had left already. I called them and talked with Jen. She was very rude and asked me several times did I touch the thermostat. I told her my compressor is not running and can you send him back to look at it. She was going to re charge me a fee and I said forget it, she hung up on me and was very rude. I do not recommend this company at all. I am a licensed Electrician and had to do some testing and found out the discount switch was not pushed in all the way. Not a big deal but the way they handled it was horrible and lost a customer for life.
