Please stay away from this company. I wouldn't recommend them. They'll do a horrible job and the owner will just talk non-sense without actually addressing the issues. This company was selected by my home warranty company to install a new Air Conditioner unit. He assessed the apartment and put a low efficiency unit that doesn't even cool. My apartment stays at about 90-102 degrees at all times. I had a follow-up with him about three weeks ago. He explicitly acknowledged putting an inferior unit which wouldn't cool the unit. His hands were tied and just left my house.

What a great experience interacting with Matty from Soumadel HVAC. He answered my call on a SATURDAY!!! He schedule me his first available appointment BUT he then kindly asked me questions to help me trouble shoot the issues i was experiencing with my AC units. His suggestions worked, and I did not even need service!!!! He was VERY Honest and Caring!!! I highly recommend Soumadel HVAC!!

I needed to get my furnace and central air unit replaced and they did it within a day, very professional, organized and so clean! Mahdi did an amazing job going over the whole process and answered all my questions, even taught me a few things. I am definitely going to recommend him to my friends and family!

I had used his services to install a brand new high efficiency carrier furnace. His quote was relatively cheaper compared to a few other quotes I received and I fell for this. The furnace is 2 years old and it had broken down. I called a few experts to come take a look and they all pointed to the shabby work this guy has done. Also, this guy doesn't like to get inspectors involved. I called him to fix the problem I have and he wouldn't want to come fix it. I would never want to do business with this crook again. I ended up spending another $10K to replace the furnace with somebody I could trust this time..

Matty and company replaced my furnace and hot water tank after my 37 yr. old furnace failed. It was a struggle to find an appropriate replacement unit in the middle of a pandemic, but Matty was able to locate one in a few days. Even thought the delivery was delayed and my existing fuel oil lines were clogged and gave them a huge head ache and frustrations, they persevered and busted their butts to get it done for me and my family. Thank you!! I know it was not an "easy one" for you guys.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They charged me $850 for a service that didn't work and then refused to repair the problem that they caused and refused to refund my money. They were confrontational, rude and unprofessional and I now have to pay another company to fix what they broke after stealing my money. They cancelled or no-showed numerous times. Took over a month for them to install an AC condensor and when they did, it didn't work and they wouldn't fix it.

Absolutely fantastic! They were quick and cleaned up after themselves - even swept! We also had a few u related problems with our boiler that our plumber was supposed to fix but didn’t. They fixed that free of charge! I HIGHLY recommend!

Called this company to look at fixing our Central A/C. Quoted us $3K to replace entire outside unit. Got second opinion Quoted us $400, only needed new Capacitors. Soumadel HVAC LLC tried to Trick us into spending $3000 for something we didn't need. Beware this Company will try and screw anybody. Wound not recommend this Company to do any work at all.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Before they came in to help, i had another company come in and give their opinion about my furnace. The difference between the “quotes” on work.These guys were about $2,000.00 more. Not sure what qualifies them to be that much more expensive, but i can assure you it wasn’t worth 2K more. The guy was quick to point out “small” issues that he kept saying, “i dont want to scare you but these weren’t don’t right.” When i asked him, well can you fix it? He didn’t want ownership of fixing it. Laughable. Don’t use these people

Manny was assigned to fix our AC which stoped working. As soon as he came in, he said that he won’t go into the attic where the blower is and kept telling us the AC won’t work because the windows were open. We kept telling him that the windows were open because the AC was not working. He refused to diagnose the problem and told us to close the windows and turn on the AC before running out the door. What a waste of money!! Will never ever call this company EVER AGAIN!
