They installed a new Heading/AC in my new house 4 years ago and am now selling it. Had an inspection for the new buyers and he discovered that a moisture sensor was not put in when the system was installed, which caused about inch of water to drip into the pan. TJ claim is not required, and will not do it without a cost. I am having another company putting in the sensor and said it is standard procedure to put in a moister sensors to avoid water overflowing and causing damage to the house. It is going to be over $200 to do this. Do not have any work done by TJ Plumbing .

BUYER BEWARE!!!! What HORRIBLE customer service! I am ashamed I spoke so highly of this company last year. After calling yesterday and speaking with Patrick in emergency service about my A/C not working, he told me how much an emergency visit cost. We agreed that I would wait for the next day BECAUSE he said that he would have the office call me in the morning. I took him at his word. By 9 am I HAD to call them & was told they were STILL going thru messages. Ok i get they were busy so I waited a little. By noon i called again & was told the same (by another lady) that she would need to go get my message, review when someone could come. It's 9 pm now and no call. Luckily, I found someone else before now who was more than happy for my business. This company should be ashamed of their employees. I will NEVER speak highly of this place. They will take your money for an outrageous price one time then leave you hanging the next.

Don't recommend this company! Had Jim come out to take a look at a air handler issue. No one from the company followed up so I had to call them... their response was that they thought they left me a message and their schedule is too full so they're not interested to research my project and can't help. It's okay if you don't want the job... but at least have the courtesy to call me and tell me. Hope you don't treat all potential customers like this!

Beware before calling. They charge $230+ for a weekend call, even if they leave after 2 minutes. Inquiries about whether they felt this was a reasonable price were first ignored, then met with hostility.
One should certainly be paid for their time and skill, but $230+ for a 2 or 3-minute call, followed by hostility does not exactly make you feel like they care at all about the customer.

This guy bailed me out. My AC went out saturday afternoon. I google everything so i spent all evening trying to figure it out myself but can't. Sunday morning i called T&J.
He was on his way to his son's baseball game and made time to stop by my home and educated me and fixed my AC problems. Best of all he was here and gone in about 20 minutes. Don't call anyone else.

Worse than poor. These people sold me a $35,000 geothermal heating and cooing system and refuse to service it .
Probably because they don't know how.
The office manager is a very nasty person.

Showed up on time, and was courteous and professional. Attic heat was blowing cold air. Tech showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the cause, and repaired.

Ryan Prince

The office lady was rude but the guys who did the install were great. They were very professional and did quality work.

Jay Sturm

Never got up to bat. I tried to message this company in every way. It was so user un-friendly I went elsewhere.

Dustin Guriel

Steer clear. They can't even make an appointment over the phone. Extremely rude unprofessional people. I'll take my money elsewhere.
