I love the repairman who came by and fixed my A/C. He also informed me and my mom the need for a news A/C as it is hard to find parts and other essentials. Needless to say I am going back to pipco when that time comes to replacd the A/C.

Other honorable mention the customer service who were kind and the repair man who gave great advice about everything .

After dealing with sporadic HVAC issues, I called Pipco. I was able to schedule service in a timely manner. They came and discovered a leak in the air conditioning unit. The coil needed to be replaced. Once the part was in, my AC was running within minutes. I've since signed up for their service plan to cover any further issues.

It only took 20 minutes for the service guy to fix my AC but said he needed to do more "tests". Writes me up a bill for $120 in labor and charges me $10 for filter and $60 for cleaning then said he would take it off if I enroll in annual service plan. I said I didn't ask for a filter or cleaning and I am not paying that. He argued for a few minutes but took it off. Clearly, he was just trying to rip me off and used the "cleaning" bill as leverage to sell the annual service plan. Stay away from Pipco.

The afternoon of July 3 the AC stopped cooling. It was 98 degrees outside. I emailed Pipco about the problem expecting to hear from them on the 5th... at 8:00pm I received an email from their tech, Brian. He said to be sure to shut down the system and he would be out in the morning. At 7:20 am on July 4, I received a phone call, Brian would be there within 30 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem (a blown capacitor), replaced the part and we were cool by 10am!

A great company. Used them to install a furnace 3 years ago. And they were straight to the point no tricks. Will use them again in the future. No issues with furnace thus far.
