The person that comes to my house every time is very nice very well dressed and he knows my system very well. He loves my two dogs and he is really nice guy for general knowledge. One day he got into an accident and he actually called me saying that he wouldn’t be able to come service my unit that day. Also, the owner and secretary called me too. I had the pleasure of having Matid from Pipco over for an HVAC repair when my air conditioning system suddenly stopped working. Matid's diagnostic expertise quickly revealed that the problem was a faulty capacitor. He efficiently replaced the part, promptly restoring my A/C unit to its full functionality.

Pipco maintained our gas furnace and air conditioner until at 36 years old, repairs could no longer be justified. I wanted to reduce my carbon footprint. They suggested a combination gas furnace and heat pump to lower my dependence on gas and still keep the house cozy & warm when the temperature drops below freezing.
The installation took one day. The technicians arrived on time, were efficient, and patiently answered all my questions.

It's been two months since the install. The system is functioning as intended with the heat pump providing heat when the temperature is above 35 degrees. In addition to a comfortable home, my utility bill is lower due to using electricity more than gas during this unseasonably warm winter.

We've always been happy with the service Pipco provided over the years but I am especially appreciative of their quick response to my failing furnace over the Christmas holidays and of the guidance they provided in finding the appropriate solution for me.

They installed new AC and gas furnace several years ago. Products work well, pricing was fair. WE got the service contract, and they come twice to check the unit.

Majid did a fantastic job repairing our air conditioning unit. We only use Pipco for our heating and air-conditioning service. Fantastic company and Majid was amazing.

Pipco cleaned and inspected my heating system, and were honest about it not needing to be replaced, despite its advanced age. A few years later, I had them install a central AC system, and they did a great job. I never had any problems with it whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone—and have. Reasonably priced, on time, clean up after themselves, and don’t try to do things that aren’t needed.

Pipco lived up to everything they committed to, and the owner also worked with us to design the most efficient system for our home and not over-pay for a system that wouldn't deliver extra quality. The team of gentleman who came in to install were just that, gentleman. They were timely, professional, neatly dressed, and efficient with their installation. We picked up a couple of Pizza Pies for them to enjoy as they wrapped up. I highly recommend Pipco for your new HVAC system!
