Pipco Air Conditioning & Heating

My 5 yr old A/C broke down during a hot period in June. The technician, Majid ,was very punctual and professional. It needed an Inverter, and unfortunately these were on back order & unavailable. Somehow, Bryan at Pipco was able pull some strings to obtain this part within a few days. Very professional, responsive, and reasonable.

Our AC system, which Pipco installed, is less than 3 years old and the condenser coil failed. This was extremely disappointing, as we use our AC very little and usually have the thermostat at 78 degrees, and we had paid nearly $5,000 for the system and chosen it based on its supposed reliability. We were seven months outside of our warranty when the problem was diagnosed and the price for repairing it was $600. I asked why the price was so high and they said that it was because the work would take half a day. The actual repair took under two hours. I spoke to a friend who had a similar experience with Pipco charging her $2100 for a repair that took a couple of hours.

PIPCO is the only HVAC company I will ever work with and highly recommend to family & friends. I could not be more pleased with my experience from Vince and his team at Pipco. I was in need of a new HVAC for my house which had no existing ducting or HVAC system. When I initially contacted Pipco I was seeking a ductless system, however upon consultation Vince gave me a very detailed explanation o the pros and cons of a ductless system versus a traditional flexible duct solution. Vince did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, and explaining my options to me, even going so far as to call the engineers at Carrier to find the best unit for my house. The engineers actually told him that a smaller, lower cost unit would have been better for my house, and Vince immediately updated my estimate to reflect that change. I greatly appreciate his honesty and transparency during the sales process.

During the installation process his crew was very courteous and professional. They kept their workspace tidy and cleaned up at the end of each. I also greatly appreciated that they installed the one ductless unit we did purchased first so that we could get the benefit of some AC during a heatwave. When they finished there was not drywall dust left on the floor and the ceiling vents they install have a very high quality, professional look to them.
