15 months ago Pipco replaced my old AC unit and heating unit. Their work was relatively quick, clean and courteous. They move my humidifier to a more convenient location. I have had no issues since then. My bills are lower and the new units give more even heating and cooling. I would definitely contact them if I had any other work planned.

I had a very positive experience with Pipco.
I had central air conditioner replaced and mini split system put in on 3rd floor of my row house. There were some peculiarities that had to be addressed so the crew had to come back a few times to try some different ways of quieting the pump system on the mini split but they were so accommodating and kind and everything worked out great. Highly recommend!

have had this company install not one, but two HVAC systems.
Many years ago at a house I sold shortly after the installation. When I moved to this house, I knew the system was old and would need to be replaced. I got several estimates and PIPCO was in line with all of them. I was aware of their good service, and they had an excellent credit offer. No problems with the salesman, who gave me an honest evaluation of the system, or the men who installed it. I have recommended PIPCO to several people through the years.

I was involved in a traffic accident with a PIPCO service van where the van sideswiped my car while I was in a turn lane. After the accident the driver said he did not see me and apologized. The police report rightfully indicated that the PIPCO driver was at fault. When I tried to file my insurance claim, I was told that PIPCO was now claiming the accident was my fault. This took me 6 months to resolve via arbitration in my favor. Poor display of ethics (lack thereof) from PIPCO. Hopefully their regular business practice does a better job.

tl/dr: Very professional and friendly local operation that provided unexpectedly quick service and quality installation of a new A/C system.

We called Pipco and they quickly sent someone over and gave us a diagnosis. We already knew our A/C was nearing the end of its life, so we elected to get it replaced. Vince came by to assess and estimate the work and gave us several options to choose from. They were able to get the job done faster than scheduled and the installation crew were very friendly. They made some modifications to the way the vents were routed and dramatically improved the air flows coming out of the registers. We highly recommend their service.

Pipco installed a new heat pump/AC 4 years ago. They do annual inspections. I only had one instance of needing a repairman for the AC unit. It was very easy to call and they were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time I am very pleased with the service of Pipco
