Cornett Heating & Cooling

I’ve had a few experiences with Cornett over several years. The first was for an urgent repair - I called them from Google search and they were at my house that day to survey next steps! They repaired my system a few times trying to help me avoid more expensive replacement until after Covid and I was reemployed. Then came time for an entire system replacement earlier this year. Major and unexpected investment at the worst time - in winter when the old system just stopped working completely. The team educated me on pros and cons of options then quoted prices for the options. Very responsive, honest, diligent and go above and beyond to ensure the customer understands the issues, the resolutions and any and all related cost options. Always in time, courteous and careful inside and outside my house. I trust them explicitly.

Technician Daniel was early for our appointment he was very proficient knowledgeable thorough checked both of my AC handler systems took readings on all the functioning parts and recorded it and gave me excellent advice as to what should be done or not be done at this time! I will definitely call Cornett HVAC when I need a new installation which should be in a year or two! Thank you very much for the excellent service

Josh really helped us out in a pinch. After lightening struck our house and fried our AC, he came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. We were lucky they had a cancellation and they installed our new system 4 days later. We appreciated his honestly and felt like his prices were fair. His team came on time, were clean, respectful and got the job done. I would definitely recommend him to any friends or neighbors.

My water heater broke and was leaking water. I called Josh about 8:30 am. I had not used this company before. He was here in 15 minutes. He assessed the heater, noted its age and told me it should be under warrantee. He then made numerous calls to have the warantee replacement honored. His workers took this heater above Baltimore for the replacement, returned and installed a new heater. By 4 pm we had running hot water. I am very pleased with the initiative taken by Josh, the promptness of his response and the pleasant manner of his capable workers. I intend to use Cornett for all my future HVAC needs.

We will be using Cornett to replace HVAC system, but today’s visit was to diagnose our issue and give us our options moving forward. We have used them in the past and have always been happy with the results. They are very responsive and aim to please.

Called at 9am and was told someone would be out at 1pm. Then received a call shortly after that they were in route. Great service. Robbie diagnosed the issue immediately and we were back up and running within 20 minutes. Josh and his crew are the best.
