    I can't say enough great things about this company! They are a family owned local business who are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We have used CES for HVAC maintenance since 2010 when we moved into our new home based off a co-workers recommendation. Recently when our existing HVAC compressor finally quit on us, CES was right there with options and advice on choosing our new unit, and while we waited for parts to arrive for install they even offered to bring in window units to keep us cool! We could not be happier with our new Bosch HVAC system - it is the quietest HVAC ever! Dave was quick to answer any questions we had, and Jason provided us with a quick, efficient and professional installation! We highly recommend CES!

    We’ve had Jason do both of our HVAC units. They were responsive and even brought window A/C units to use while we waited to get the unit replaced. They were professional, timely, tidy, and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be using them for our annual maintenance and other projects as needed.

    Both Dave and Jason make this company worth recommending; whether one needs Heating and Cooling or has something required to be done on the electrical side, these guys do it all. They have replaced our entire HVAC unit and completed numerous jobs around the house in regards to new fans, electrical outlets, whole house humidifier, and more. Both Dave and Jason explain what is needed to be done in a professional and personable manner in addition to being affordable and thorough.

    No heat. Called CES Heating and air. Jason came out the same day. OUR 16 year builder grade Goodman was in need of replacement. Jason got the old system removed and the new one installed quickly. Very professional, courteous workers. Cleaned up
    after themselves. Will recommend them to all our friends.

    He listen to my concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Be was not pushy at all.
    I made appointment.
    Jason showed up on time and walked through the process with me.
    Both guys are very knowledgeable.

    Poor poor customer service.. been waiting on a part for over a week.. temps dipping into the 20s
    .sad that a company doesn't value thier customers.. if I owned my own home versus a rental. .. I'd NEVER use this company. .. completely unhappy with the whole process of their service contract or sales... thinking a call to the BBS is in order
