Leo was able to help me diagnose the problem very quickly. My heat pump simply had a dirty filter. He is very honest and didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. Now I am going to change the filter every month with a cheap paper filter & the unit will be fine!

Leo came out today to service my HVAC system and not only performed the scheduled maintenance, but also took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me tips on what I should do myself to keep the system as healthy as possible. When he came out to the house, he knew exactly what the problem was, got my unit filled back up with coolant and the unit started cooling as expected almost immediately. Honest and dependable. I can't say enough about Skor Pro Heat & AC! When our heat went out Leo was nice enough to walk my husband through some trouble shooting to get us some temporary heat. We knew we really needed a new system but have been putting it off because of expense. He was very prompt coming out to the house and gave us lots of options but most important he was honest and upfront. I was amazed at how fast he was able to get us a new system and up and running. He went over and beyond with the installation and explaining the new system to my husband and I. I'm extremely happy with the new system and can't believe the difference in the room temperature. I have no doubt we are going to see a huge difference in our BG&E bill. Thank you again for great customer service. We will definitely be using them this summer for a check up on our AC!

Leo with SkorPro is amazing. He's knowlegeable and friendly, and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. When we had issues with our AC, he came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He offered a temporary fix and options for a long term solution. He gave us multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. He didn't pressure us in any way or try to upsell us on anything. He just gave us good options and advice, and he is just a really nice guy who is great at his job. The new unit he installed for us is great!! I highly recommend this company!
