Our heating went out this winter just after the house came down with Covid. We weren't expecting anything more than an appointment for after isolation when we called, but David dove in and helped us over the phone.

He talked us through troubleshooting the problem, called the manufacturer's support line for us, picked up and dropped off the part, and walked us through replacing a broken blower motor.

He was exceptionally knowledgeable, able to describe the process even without having seen the unit in person.

We didnt have any HVAC experience, but with his help our heating was working within 24 hours - a week sooner than any other contractor could have come out to us.

By far the best contractor experience I have had - highly recommended!!

Awesome!! AC broke (stopped cooling on a Saturday evening) I called and he said he could come out and look at it next morning (Sunday!) He came out and got it working again, didn't charge too much either! Later that day or the next day it stopped working again for another reason (fan motor on outdoor unit this time) Dave gave us multiple options, he could replace the fan motor and he provided a quote for that. He also provided a couple of quotes for whole system replacement (our unit was 24 years old so it needed to be replaced) once we agreed to the replacement, we had it scheduled inside a week. He and his guys were prompt, and hard working. Had the entire system replaced before the kids were home from school! We love our new system and its nice knowing Dave is alway available to answer questions if needed. Super highly recommend!!

HVAC has always been one of those services I was never comfortable with and didn’t love the service providers. Nice people, but the parent company seemed to run the show. From the first call it was clear that Dave would be great. His technical diagnosis was efficient, accurate, and fair. 5/5 recommend!

Didn't know what to do when our home AC unit went out. Called David and he showed up the next day with advice and got me a quote that fit my situation the best. He also found an available unit immediately and got me on the schedule within 1 week. He was super responsive and his team did a great job with the installation.

The condensation motor stopped working in my a/c. I texted for service. I got an immediate response and was walked through the process via phone. TWICE! First explained how to clean the original unit. When that didn't work and I bought and installed a new one, the a/c would not turn on at all, again I was walked through the process! All Good Homes to the rescue! We are enjoying our cool air! Would recommend All Good Homes with 10 stars if possible. 😄

Quick response. Job is done timely and as promised. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We needed the job done right away for our AirBnB and he made it happen. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We are happy to have an HVAC tech that is trustworthy and personable.

Dave pulled through on a hot Sunday in July. Called me back within 20 minutes of my voicemail and came right over. Pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

All Good Home Inc is owned and managed by David Pugh. He is reasonable, reliable, knowledgeable and experienced. His employees, Jose and Leo are as reliable and hardworking as the company itself. I plan on staying with them for my HVAC needs. Their work is licensed, bonded, insured and comes with service and parts warranty.

I called first thing in the morning and he arrived within 45 minutes. He fixed the AC unit very quickly, and everything is running great now!
