Can't speak to the quality of service, but I was told initially they would service outside of Severna Park, but he was busy this week. I left a message with Darla (wife of owner) and she called me back the next day. She mentioned that she would speak with Josh (owner). She called back again and said they have techs in Edgewater and would be able to stop by today. Wonderful! Canceled appointment I had with another company that was going to charge to come diagnose. Get a followup text asking for my address, which I provided initially. Then was called and told sorry we are going to stick to Severna Park. I would give zero stars because what am I going to do now? Call back the original company and grovel for an appointment? Go to another company if I find one? Please establish a standard policy and don't waiver based on demand in your area. You either service outside of Severna Park or you don't. Your actions directly impacted my family and I.

Perfect experience from start to finish. This is a locally owned, small business, run by a very honest, competent, straightforward, trustworthy gentlemen that understands what it takes to be a small business competing against the “BigGuys.” I can not say enough great things about my experience during an emergency call with no heat and sub freezing temperatures. Josh is the real deal, and I would readily recommend him to anyone in need of an incredible HVAC company!

We had a furnace breakdown on a Federal holiday when the temperatures had been in the teens. Cornett called me back within 45 minutes and was at my door 10 minutes after that. He quickly identified the problem, had a replacement part in his truck and had the furnace up and running within another 10 minutes. The fee was very reasonable.
Even more important, he took time to show and explain the problem to me, what to expect, and ways to avoid other potential furnace problems.

Can't say enough good things about Josh, he's the most honest HVAC guy out there. Shows up on time, takes pride in his work and has very fair pricing. Refreshing to find a company that takes pride in their reputation.
