Needed help installing an Ecobee smart thermostat and the technician (I forgot his name) was very professional and knew exactly what to do for my missing cable needed for the installation. Took about an hour for the whole job.

I work for PG county government and this company should be closed because they reap people off. The Tech guy came and didn’t hear the noise I complained about in my AC because the unit was working fine but he diagnosed another thing for me to pay almost $300 to clean the outside unit. I called back next day and they want me to pay another diagnosis fee.

Mr. Perry was professional and polite. He confirmed the appointment, promptly arrived, completed the installation and explained what was done.

Do not use this company at all they’ll rip you off ! The tech came in and he even didn’t light up my furnace to see what the furnace was doing and not doing and all of a sudden blamed the other guy that worked on it ! Then said it’s the flame sensor and ignitor which was false . I said okay he called places and said they have it and it gonna cost me 300 bucks to put it on I said yes because I needed my furnace back on but I did not that he was lying about the diagnostics and the price if the flame sensor because I changed myself before !

He took the old sensor off out the new one . Before he got to my house my furnace was lighting up but now that he changed the flame sensor it does no longer . Then he said it’s the valve which is totally false and ask for a 1000 dollars when a valve is priced around 350 !

Be aware of this company they will rip u off !!!!

Then I told him no and he came back mad because I cancelled the valve and didn’t wanna put the flame sensor back in place . I told him if you don’t put it back in I was not gonna give u the 351 you stealing from me . That’s when he decided to hook it in there in a very sluggish and sloppy way !

So be aware of this ! Folks !!!!
