Outstanding appointment with Greg and Alex. The team arrived early for the appointment. Bonus, they were dog friendly, so after a quick sniff of the "strangers," the pups were settled and out of the way. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Additionally, Greg discussed with me the details of my older system and managed my expectations in purchasing a new system soon. Very good information to know now! There was no pressure to replace the system before it has expired like a different company last year. Just a very honest appointment. I highly recommend.

Greg! Simply amazing. He was timely, engaging, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed the issue with our AC unit, fixed it, and then gave us some helpful tips as new homeowners. Oh, and he came out during the weekend, even thought they are closed. The entire process of requesting a tech to the work getting completed was smooth and user friendly.

Incredible!!! My AC went out at the worst time, days before a move and with the weather hovering near 90 and to add to it all, the horrible air quality from the wildfires. I called so many people, the initial installers and home warranty contractors. No one, and I mean no one I called could come within 5 days. I called this company bc their address was based near me. They picked up, politely, and told me they will be at my house with an hour or two. And to my delight they were on time. They diagnosed the issue (blown fuses from water leak), fixed it, and fixed (welded) the water leak from a pipe all within an hour. From the time I called to project completion was less than three hours. Plus a military discount. The technicians were so calm and confident they immediately put me at ease because I was worried I fried my circuit board. I wished I remember their names.

We had an excellent experience with Aire Serv! We woke up to a very cold house on Saturday morning and couldn't get the heat on. I have a Home Care Agreement with another company but when I called them for help, they said the earliest they could come out would be the following Wednesday. I found Aire Serv on the internet and called. The representative said she could get someone out the same day between 2 and 4. She gave me the technian's name and said I'd get an email notice when they were on the way. It happened exactly as described. The technicians arrived at 2. They listened and were very professional in their diagnosis. They rapidly identified the problem; ordered and picked up the part needed; and made the repair within an hour. They explained the problem and gave me an exact price and asked for agreement, before the part was ordered. We are grateful to Aire Serv for excellent, timely, and professional service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service for a moment!

So, I was just searching for someone to fix my furnace being out. House was cold, we were getting 20+ degree weather, and American Homeshield was bs-ing on getting someone out asap. 4 yo house and equipment. We should not be cold. Unfortunately, we were. Called around and found Air Serve and got an appointment immediately. Got Greg and Alex as my techs and they figured it out and knocked it out. Air Serve just got business from me. As long as I get Alex and Greg again. Lol.

I called Aire Serve for AC maintenance. The service staff (Mr Gregory Perry & Alex Grenier) arrived on time and requested detailed information about my needs and what services I desired. As a new client, I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitudes. They thoroughly explained their system and what services would be provided and followed through on the job. I highly recommend them and would use definitely your company for future services.

Mr. Greg came out and was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my heat and fixed the problem. He also made some recommendations for me to consider for my system in the future but did not push or pressure me to purchase anything right in that moment like so many other companies do. I had a great experience with Aire Serv, will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.
