Gregory Perry fixed my hvac system pretty quickly. I called and he was able to come out same day to inspect the hvac and was pretty certain what the issue was. The next day he picked up the part and responded on time the next day. Mr. Perry showed me what was wrong and checked several other parts to make sure that they were working properly before he left. Mr. Perry is going to be my hvac guy from now on!

It is always a pleasure to deal with vendors that provide professional good quality service. The technician as well as the scheduling staff were very nice, patient and caring throughout my entire experience. I will definitely use Aire Serv again.

Their technician Greg went above and beyond to find replacement parts and restore our air conditioning unit as quickly as possible. This is the second time I have used AireServe service, and I could not be more pleased!

I was in a panic...my A/C had gone out, it was hot, late in the evening, I had a house full of Guests.. and my regular provider was not responding. As a last resort, I put in an emergency call to Aire Serv of PG County and, lucky for me, Greg agreed to fit me in. He arrived when he said he would, did not treat me as the unexpected problem of a long days work and was cheerful and reassuring, yet professional. He not only fixed the problem, but did not try to gouge me in my moment of panic . I will NEVER use another HVAC service.

The service was excellent in many categories. My AC died on Monday. I called on Tuesday. Got a service call for Wednesday morning. Decided on a new AC that afternoon. New AC installed on Thursday. On Friday, I'm cool again. All done according to schedule. Greg Perry and his crew were on time, courteous and very knowledgable. I asked many questions and received good answers. Several other companies could not give me a timely appointment or did not service southern Prince Georges's County.

I really appreciated the way Greg explained everything. He is a natural teacher! It made me feel confident in what he was doing and I understand the HVAC a lot better now.
