The technician were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were personable and down to earth. The team went beyond the call of duty for me being 83 years of age to have my system up and running in this extreme heat. The team worked diligently as if they owned the company. In my opinion, if believe they deserve special recognition or a raise in salary.

This company is shameful. They caused major water damage in my basement and refused to rectify the problem. Don't believe the recording. They don't put booties on their shoes and do not notify of any repairs that have been done until they have don't it already. hoping to get you. Very unprofessional. Will not use and or recommend using this shameful Co. I will be reaching out to my community as well as surrounding areas to get the word out. Worst of Worst. Black on Black crime committed. That's why it is hard to commission black owned companies to do work. PERIOD

Greg was highly knowledgeable of my hvac issue and pointed it out immediately. He was able to repair it the same day and in minimum time. He also provided insightful information on how to maintain clean air filters and the change time needed in order to create clean circulating air throughout the home.

Aire Serv came to our rescue when other big name companies were failing us repeatedly. We have converted to Aire Serv customers!! Their technicians are professional, value their work, and are very ethical.

Loved that they showed up in a mask, as safety is no. one right now. Everything was great, Gregory is always courteous, professional and has a pleasant attitude. Gregory is very knowledgeable in his field, explains what the problem is and recommends a solution that works for us. Always good to see him because I know he is going to give us good service. Aire Serv of PG is much better than the company we were working with before. They will always be our go to company.

Worth It!
My heating unit went out and I called Aire Serv. They were able to send one of their techs, Gregory Perry, out that side day! Mr. Perry was able to diagnose the problem and corrected in the of 24 hours. They are customer service friendly and willing to assist. The staff was very professional and help Aire Serv is a good company. I would recommend their services.

I’m beyond impressed, with the expeditious response and the fact that their diagnoses ended with cost of Time and a clean replacement filter (which I happen to have on hand)
They most definitely have our Business in the near future @HVAC yearly contract 👍🏽

On Sunday I made an appointment for Monday. My tech (Greg) arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He came back the very next morning with my part and my heat works so much better than it did before!
I also appreciate him taking the time to patiently answers my questions and making sure I understood the problem.
Aire Serv called me 2 days later to ask me how everything went and I’m thankful for that kind of customer service!

I would recommend this company for HVAC and any other services they perform They were very knowledgeable and professional I needed my system fixed quickly because of medical supplies I had in my house I called that morning and they were here by noon They walked me through everything they we’re doing and insured me of the problem I am so grateful The person who took my call also insured me they will be on time and they were she was very professional on the phone based on customer services she is Excellent Thank you all for your service 🥰🥰🥳

Was recommended by my best friend. Made the call and the tech was very gracious and accommodated use with coming out to take a look. After coming out he instructed us to call the office to schedule another visit. We call and the young lady that scheduled was very pleasant. The tech gave us his best recommendations to do with the each unit. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv of PG
