Called this morning to get my HVAC system fixed. I am happy to say we now have heat. Hawkeye services was not only professional but thorough in completing my HVAC repair. Kenneth is very professional and responsive and does quality work . I have used his company on 2 occasions for work needed at my rental property. My AC broke down on my tenant in early September. He was referred by a friend and provided prompt service to repair after ordering the parts. He did a thorough job and sent pics and video of the work performed. His rates were much more competitive than if I used my home warranty company.
He also recently repaired a slow leak that he identified with my water heater. Preventing the situation from getting worse.

This entire experience was very professional. The initial call and request for service went so smooth. The technician arrived on time in a snow storm. My heat went out and he was the only one ready to come help my family. He was very detailed in explaining things to me as he searched for the issue and subsequently fixing it. I even had a question after he left and was able to reach out at no extra charge. I HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC needs.
