Service Today Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

We have used Service Today for several years and they have provided excellent service. Alan Hixon has been the technician who has serviced our two systems. He has always done an outstanding job. He is friendly and very professional. He does a very thorough job each time he is here.

I called Service today for an estimate along with 2 other companies. I choose Service today because they where less expensive than my other 2 estimates. When they came out they explained all that they would be doing and they give you a couple of options as to payment. They where very professional and done a remarkable job cleaning up. I have your company for my heating and air but found myself with a plumbing problem this morning. Your team is excellent got to my house in a few hours problem fixed at a reasonable price! Horrible !!. Tech was at my house for a half hour, did NOTHING but look around. Charged me $286.00 !!. A truck roll and a diagnostic charge. They found NOTHING, how the hell can you charge a diagnostic fee, when they didn’t find ANYTHING ????!.. Overcharging liars !!. NEVER AGAIN !!. They SUCK !!.

Always quickly responds. Technicians are always courteous, friendly, and quickly finds and fixes the issue. Carson found our issue and fixed so we have heat until the new part comes in. He explained what the issue was and was very courteous and knowledgeable.

We have a maintenance contract with Service Today. Ron came out to do a seasonal check. He was on time, friendly and thorough. He took pictures of an issue in our crawl space and recommended a fix.

Well, it turned out that my almost 20 yr old HVAC failed its fall tune up evaluation because of dangerous levels of CO in the exhaust. That news was hard to swallow, but Steve at Service Today was very professional and courteous.

Always on time, he knows what to do hes been here before. His friendly n professional. I was happy that my request to order a box of filters where on the truck .the staff lady made sure this was communicated.

Had routine heat pump service and dryer vent cleaning done by Billy, Zach and Josh today. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and helpful. Nice to deal with kind, polite people. Don't find a lot of that these days. Thanks so much!
