Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He called 30 minutes before arriving just to let me know he was on the way. Service Today technicians have always been reliable for keeping their appointed schedules on-time. Jason was very thorough in his job and asked me a number of questions about my heat pump performance. He was finished under an hour and I was very impressed with the service he provided.

Called them today on Saturday to get our furnace service since we had no heat. They told they couldn't do anything till Tuesday since I don't have a service agreement with them.

A different company installed the system when I built the house, and I had multiple issues in the first several years. I've since switched to Service Today and have been very pleased. Every employee I've interacted with has been pleasant and helpful. From "Magic Mike" dealing with plumbing at both my mother's house and mine, to today's visit from Zach for a regular AC checkup, and everyone in between - thank you.

I've since found out that the company "encourages" the techs to "sell" products and services to customers. This came directly from more than one former employee who has left because they did not feel comfortable with this policy but did not elaborate on the situation.

They have been so helpful! So far I've used them in my house for plumbing and AC issues. Parts for the AC are on route, the plumbing issue was fixed in just a few minutes and I have an electrician coming tomorrow. The office staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help and so far, every tech has been so professional. So appreciative for all their help!

Carson was very professional. He showed up on time and was dressed appropriately. He explained the difference between two different products before we purchased one. The one we purchased was the more expensive one based on his recommendation. Everything works great now. I trust Carson to maintain my HVAC system and would like him to return every time

Thomas was great, very respectful of my home. Call 30 minutes before arriving. He wore shoe covers each time he came inside. Very knowledgeable, and efficient in completing his work. Answering all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend him and the company. I look forward to having them as our service company for now on.

I asked for a quote to hook up a new sink after removing an old sink. They quoted me $600, and it is existing plumbing and pipes. (My pipes are not old) I had to pay them $150 just for coming out to give me a quote. I will never use them again! You guys lost a loyal customer!

Called service today for a emergency a/c issue and they had someone out within 2 hours to have a look at my problem. I was called by Paul to let me know he was on his way and he was kind and professional and had outstanding patience as I had to run to work so I would not be there as he arrived he assured me that he would wait and do what he could while he waited for me. Once Paul found the fix he went over everything in clear detail and had everything up in running in less then a hour. Hats off to Paul and Service today for the quickness and professionalism
