This was a very pleasant experience for a stressful situation. Ernest was informative and upfront about the work needing to be done. He presented options for water monitoring. Ernest and Jacob were efficient and professional. I felt at ease through the entire process. Would definitely recommend Service Today when you have people like them working for you.

Hired Service Today when we first bought this house. Being up in years, we wanted a company we could count on to service our two units. I have been nothing but extremely pleased with the service people. Professional, friendly, and informative.

We had a Mitsubishi air and heat unit installed in our sunroom. Craig our salesman was great to work with and the guys that came to do the install did a great job. There were some last minute changes they had to make, but they jumped right in and worked it out and got it installed. They were professional and did a wonderful job. Not knowing that the next day our house unit would give up. Called first thing in the morning and they were there within an hour. The news wasn't good, but again Craig came and we found the perfect unit for our house. The guys came to install it on a Saturday on one of the hottest days this summer. They we very professional without one complaint even after being up in our very very hot attic. They had us up and running within a few hours. This was our first experience with Service Today and we were treated with 1st class service all around.

Roger and coworker called ahead and arrived on time. Respectfully asked if a mask was required to enter home. Used equipment to determine quantity of dust in ducts and if a cleaning was necessary (which it was not)
Was extremely careful removing duct covers so as not to damage ceiling. Provided information on air quality products we may be interested in.

Bryan & Josh, the Service Techs, did a thorough job troubleshooting my new heater. They also explained what they did in a manner that I could understand.
We are new customers & will recommend Service Today Heating to friends & family.
The response time was very good & the Techs were polite & courteous professionals!

I can't say enough about the service I received this past weekend from Service Today. On Friday the service tech Ernest came to fix some pipes and discovered we had a leak in our hot water heater. He was back here the next morning Saturday to replace our hot water heater and some pipes to our washing machine. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned up everything before he left. This is not the first time we have used Service Today as they also replaced our heating and AC unit a few years ago. They've always been very dependable and we were very happy with the service from Ernest this weekend. I highly recommend Sevice Today.

Chris was courteous and very respectful. Explained in detail everything he was doing and the condition and recommendations going forward for my air conditioning units. Our tech was exceptional. We have some flowers and bushes around our unit and he took the time to be careful not to damage the flowers. He also explained things about our thermostat that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend him

Best Service Company I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I've been a regular customer for many many years and have a Heater/AC yearly Service Contract. By having this service contract every year for my Heating & Cooling, it allows me many other special deals and pricing on their many other services. Just today I had Roger come clean out my Dryer vent exhaust. When he discovered it was torn, he immediately jumped into action, crawled under the house, totally replaced it with a new fireproof type of material, and cleaned and vacuumed all the dust and lint up before he left. All with the supplies on his truck and within the same time frame as the cleaning would've have took. This is quality and professional service that not many can claim to give. Highly recommended.

The serviceman called to give a heads-up on arrival time. Prompt, polite got to immediate work. I asked what temperature to set the system. The serviceman did not have to enter the house...with concerns with the pandemic. He wore a mask when bring the papers to be siged. Wished a good day and that the system was in good working order. Very pleased and ready for the summer!
