I called and spoke to Tracy in plumbing to get some minor plumbing done. She was friendly and helpful. While on the call I asked about water heaters. She asked some questions about our current heater and directed me to go downstairs and look at the heater. I went to give her the information she needed when I noticed water in the drain pan. Turns out my water heater had a leak and the bottom was rusted. She worked with me to have a tech come out and replace it the very next day. She told me how to shut off the valve to the water heater. I wasn't sure which was the right valve and she gave me her cell so I could text her a pic. How amazing is that? she did not have to do that but she went the extra mile. She also made sensible recommendations when I had to me decide on the specs of the new water heater. She was honest and upfront and did not try to up sell me. I trust her and she was so patient and funny and nice. Well done Tracy you are a ROCK star. :)

After two previous HVAC contractors failed to come out and install new ductwork and AC units in my house I was able to find Albright online and decided to give them a call. They came out and gave me a estimate and a rough timeline as to when they would start and complete. They followed through their word and dates and kept me updated, I recommend them.

OVERPRICED; WORK NOT GUARANTEED; POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

John came out to fix our plumbing issue, and he was a nice and helpful guy in general. However, he didn’t disclose that because he is working after 4 pm there is an extra $100 ‘emergency’ charge and note—their work is NOT guaranteed! A week later the same plumbing issue occurred and the woman answering the phones would refuse to fix their mistake reminding me that they don’t guarantee their work. She is also the one who tipped me that my bill could have been 25% cheaper if I had told him to come back the next day and start his work then. I told her if I was running that business I would do right by my customers. She said the ONLY thing she can do is charge me full price to come fix it again. Without sounding apologetic at all after me telling her that I won’t be a repeat customer, she said she can maybe give me a 10% discount. I don’t run my businesses like that, and I would have just done right by the customer in this situation. Suffice it to say, despite appreciating john the plumber, I wouldn’t do business with Albright because they will happily take your money for one job but they don’t think of you as a long term customer worth doing right by you when they make a mistake. Short sighted money hungry operation.

Edit post response: Thank you for the condescending tone. I am sorry I feel this way too after experiencing your customer service. I hope you realize that I won’t need to leave a 1 star review which you deserve if you just did right by your customers. I called and told you that whatever work you did, did not resolve my original issue so I am now back to square one and $400 out of pocket for something that took the plumber 30 minutes to do. $400 for 30 minutes just think about that for a second when people are struggling and you are just unclogging a drain. I am making sure to have my neighbors and friends avoid your services because they won’t be treated well in a community where decent folk try and make a living in an honest way.

For those reading this review and others on here, Albright is by far one of the most expensive operations in the neighborhood and you are better off getting estimates from other businesses before even considering them. Don’t get work without a guarantee, and if they can’t give you a reasonable price range on the phone without looking at the problem, then let them go home afterwards and get a second opinion. Hopefully this is a lesson that people try to squeeze as much as they can from you when your are in need or in a bind, as in my case where it was $400 for 30 min of work to unclog a drain and I was asked to pay again if the unclogging didn’t work the first time around. It’s now a lesson learned for me and my neighbors.

Same day service for clogged drain. Tech was great. Very reasonably priced. Will use again.

I recently had Albright's Mechanical services install 2 new Lennox units with humidifiers. I checked all of the above and would like to add, I was also impressed the customer service as well. The owner Don came to my home and gave me 3 estimates. He went over all 3 estimates with me and explained to me all the pro's and cons of each. The customer service when I called was impeccable from Don, to the ladies in the office and the gentleman I spoke to in finance, as well as the crews that came to do the installation. I have to say I was very impressed and felt my business was really appreciated and not just lip service. I would like to add they deserve 10 stars and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heating, air conditioning or plumbing services!

Loving my new AC! Albright did such a great job helping me find the right unit for my house. They really took the time to make sure I understood what I was purchasing and that I wasn't overspending on a larger unit my home didn't need. Very honest company and love how reliable they are.

The weather was horrible on a Saturday night. The tech showed up and promptly diagnosed the issue. I was very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of the technician and the office staff. This is a rental property and I will call Albright's in the future without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company!

Albright's mechanical was great to do business with we called and got an estimate to replace our furnace the salesperson Don lee came that day and quoted the job.The price was very reasonable so we decided to go with them. The technicians installed the system the following day. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend their services again. Thanks

From the polite professional young lady that took my call to the young man that came out and got the roots out of my completely clogged sewer drain Albright’s is a local company that we have used in the past and because of their reasonable prices, quick response and honest recommendations we will continue to rely on them when in need!!!

Had to have my sink drain replaced. Nathan was very professional and very friendly. His job performance was outstanding. This is definitely a 5 star company and if needed in the future, this is the company I will call.
