Our air conditioner started only blowing hot air. We had a larger company come out first and within five minutes told us we needed a new system and it would be $4000. Not ready to spend that much money we reached out to Albright’s. They came out and without knowing what others told us quickly diagnosed our unit just needed to be cleaned and all of the issues the other company told us were wrong. Wow! What an amazing HVAC company?!

Before we settled on Albright's Mechanical Services, we had gotten numerous estimates and scope of work, nothing came close to what Mr. Don Albright was offering. They delivered quality work within the time frame that was promised with the price and financing options that were far better than any other company.

I would recommend this company and the crew to anyone who is looking to install duct work to an old home at a reasonable cost and with attention to detail.

I have dealt with Albright's for 30 years. They have always given excellent service. I just had a new Lennox heating and cooling system installed. Albright's gave several options in different price ranges, installed it promptly and worked to make such a large purchase within my budget.

Guys just left doing a water heater replacement. Price was great and they came the day after me calling. Whole process took a couple hours. Friendly and courteous staff. I know who i'm calling from now on. Let me add, I knew that the heater was bad.... they didn't try to charge me to come out and give a price, like so many others were trying to do.

After being contacted by the company, there were some communication errors. There were a few hiccups trying to get the updated estimate after requesting several changes to it. After several tries and figuring out exactly where the break down was, the company continued to attempt to keep my business. I am still waiting for the install and am hoping that my ultimate decision to choose this company is still the correct decision. I will update again after the install with my overall experience. Initial review was 1 star, upgraded to 3 stars based on attempts from the company to correct the deficit.

Needed to replace HVAC system. Contacted Albright to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. Took them 1 week to call back then another 4 days to get a salesperson out to my house. He was at my house for about 5 minutes, seems to be in a rush. Told them they were the last company I was waiting for a quote for and I would appreciate a price quote before the end of the day. The salesperson said, "okay." Its now been almost a day and a half since they came out and still no quote.

They were friendly, fast and knowledgeable…new bathroom vanity works great without any leaks! Highly recommend, will use again! Thanks so much..Karen Brackin

From start to finish they were great. The only thing that should change to help customer and company...
The service tech that came out told me what he thought the problem was but never told me the price of the work until he was finished and presenting me the bill.
Luckily for everyone it was in my price range!
Over all though, the seem honest and fair and prices so far are reasonable!

Yesterday I had a semi emergent situation and called Albright on a recommendation. The response was courteous, professional, punctual (less than 2 hours ) and the cost was reasonable for the job. I will be happy to recommend Albright to others and will certainly call them again should the need arise.

Awesome! So quick and efficient getting to my disabled mom! They are highly professional, yet very kind ,friendly and knowledgeable! They put her as a priority, which meant the world to us. As she only has one working bathroom and we live in a different state. She was treated with high respect from the warm care of the phone call . We always know with albright, she is treated like family, ♡♡♡♡♡ . A lot of companies have tried to take advantage of her ,due to age and disability. . This beautiful loving company would and has never done this... we can't thank you enough for always watching out for her and Lil sweetie, when we can't be right there !!!
