They installed a gas line for a new gas stove. Great job, timely, professional and a great price!! Will definitely use again in the future.

We had just purchased a house that had polybutylene pipes throughout. There were suspect areas in a few spots. Rather than waiting for something to burst, we decided to be proactive and have the pipes replaced. The estimate process was easy and they explained everything up-front. I received the estimate in a day. I had called other plumbing companies for estimates but they didn't show up. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work involved and accepted it. Scheduling was easy and they had a cancellation so they were able to get to my job sooner. Work was done efficiently and quickly. I knew holes needed to be cut in the walls and ceilings to place the new piping. They did their best to do the job as neatly as possible and I was able to patch things back up quickly. I would highly recommend Albrights"s Mechanical Services for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

This evening we came home to no heat. We called several companies and no one would come out to fix a oil furnace. I called Albright's Mechanical, Rob answered the phone and I told him our problem. He asked where we lived and I told him Pasadena. He said we normally do not do emergency service I that area but give me a minute. He came back and said give me your information and my tech will be on his way. Awesome!!!
Adam arrived within an hour and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He was so nice and a very sweet guy. He explained a couple things to us, explained what he did and what was being charged. We were very pleased with everything. We will be using them for all our heat and ac needs. They have exceeded out expectations by 100%

Thank you Rob, Adam, and Albright's for being there when everyone else was shutting us down.

I will recommend this company to all the family and friends. I needed help with my furnace took a chance and called them. It was after business hours. I spoke to Dean and he said he would be here in 45 minutes. Not only was he on time. He fixed my situation and explain to me what the problem was. I will definitely be calling them again soon... Shout out to Dean... Albright is alright with me!

We had an AC and furnace installed and the installers Guy and Dean were awesome. Very knowledgeable and very neat. They explained everything to us. Our salesperson Don Lee also was very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys.

I lost my heat during a stretch of extreme cold weather... Albright's was able to have someone there within a couple hours of my call. They were able to get my heat up and running until they were able to come back out and do a complete diagnosis and fix a couple days later. I am definitely happy with their service and responsiveness.

If I could give negative stars to this business I would do so happily. The amount of run-around just to get taken care of is sad. I would never treat my own clients with such disregard. Take your hard-earned money to any other HVAC business, you'll be better for it. So of course my AC quits on the hottest day of the year, and the temperatures quickly rise in the house this morning. I contacted Albright's at 11:00am and they have someone call me a short time later and say they will be out between 60-90 minutes later. No problem, I'm sure they're busy. He arrives in the time-frame and takes a look. I told him I know the system is almost 30 years old and may need to be replaced. The tech told me he has nothing to do with that and a short time later tells me the capacitor is bad and he can replace it for $316 out the door. I hate throwing money at a 30 year old system, but need AC in the heat with my young child and he said he has nothing to do with replacing a unit. I agree to pay and the part is replaced. The tech tells me that the new part is in but the fan on the condenser won’t come on, but to turn the system off for an hour and then it will work. I ask what happens if it doesn't and he said to call him and it would get taken care of. He left just before 1:00 pm, and a couple minutes after 2:00 pm, I turn the unit on, the fan comes on but doesn't seem to be blowing very cold. I left the system run along with 4 ceiling fans on the first floor on high and a window AC unit on the second floor on high for over an hour and a half and the temperature only dropped a few degrees just under 80 in the house. I called the technician back who said he's not in the area, but he'll send another tech out. I waited for two hours, because I'm sure there's plenty of work in this heat, and without hearing from anyone or seeing anyone, I called back. At that time the initial tech says, well we will be out sometime tomorrow for sure. I explain that I will be working out of town tomorrow, and that doesn't help my family tonight. A few minutes later I receive a call from the second tech who says he would be here by 11:00 pm, a mere twelve hours after my initial call for emergency service. I fully understand being busy, that's why paying an emergency rate was no issue, but Albright's can rest assured that $316 dollars will be the last of mine or my extended family's money they will receive, and they certainly won't be on the list for my system replacement that will probably be in the neighborhood of $5,000, especially if their techs "have nothing to do with that." I guess gone are the days when service actually meant something to those in the service industry.
