Albright's Mechanical Services

Our AC unit for our house had started to fail. A previous company came in to help service it and told us we needed to plan to replace and that it would cost us around $8,000 to do so. We decided to go through Lowe's for our replacement when the unit started to fail again and this company came out, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They made recommendations that showed they were keeping our best interests in mind and not because they were trying to upsell us to something we didn't need or would even be a waste of our money. We are now replacing both our air unit, our heating unit (we decided to go ahead and do this since everything was original in our home and overdue to be replaced), an upgraded air filtration system, and a new humidifier all for $1,000 less than the other company. That's all you need to know right there.

From beginning to end, they did a great job. Sarah made the experience smooth and painless. She made multiple trips to our home to discuss the options we had available to us. Never once did we feel pressured into buying a certain system. She was responsive to any questions we had via email and on the phone. On the day of installation the workers showed up on time and completed all the work in one day. Sarah even showed up to make sure things were going as planned. When the work was completed, we were shown how everything works, they made sure everything was setup & working properly and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I highly recommend Albrights to anyone needing work done to their heating/cooling system. And hats off to Sarah!

We had a clogged toilet, sink and tub. Jesse and Junior both came to resolve the issue. They were both so professional. I believe Junior is in training. Jesse is very knowledgeable. He has done work for us before. He did the repair the best and most economical way. He explained what he did. We love Albrights and use them frequently.

I had to have my sump pump hole widened and a new one put in. I had a great experience overall! Nathan and Chris were extremely polite and professional. They did a great job and I highly recommend them. Tracey in the office was also very polite and pleasant. I also needed my air conditioning fixed and Adam did a great job as well.

Quick service… George was my service provider. Couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! And ditto for Tracy and Mark who answered my service calls at the office!
In my book Albright’s gets 5 stars!!

Dean came to our home to explain our options in obtaining a new propane boiler. He was a pleasure to work with as were Michael and Guy. They were all professional; performed quality work; were always on time; very considerate; and cleaned up! I can't say enough great things about Albright Mechanical. You absolutely cannot go wrong choosing them for your next project as they are a fantastic company to work with!

I would like to say thank you Albright for being an upfront and very professional company. I saved over $1,000 on repairs on my hot water tank. Highly professional company, competent service people, and fair prices. They are responsive as well and capable of solving problems with old equipment as well as doing new installation.

From the answering service taking my call on a Saturday to the repairman returning my call right away to a fast response and fixing the problem right away. Service was excellent and I would highly recommend Albrights for any plumbing needs. I will definitely call on them in the future if needed
