Dimensions 500 Heating & AC

My HVAC was breaking every summer for two years. This year my warranty company assigned Dimensions to my issues. They quickly realized my upstairs unit needed a new coil and they went above and beyond to work with the warranty company to order parts and fix it.

I took away one star because proper precautions were not taken to protect my cream carpet even after I voiced concern. He ended up leaving a stain. So although they gave me a discount, it was an inconvenience to rent a rug doctor with solution to deep clean the area.

Work wise....great company, honest, good work and great customer service.

Three companies, without hesitation, wanted to install NEW system ($4,800-$9,000+); "Your system is too old."

Contacted Mr. George James to evaluate and provide estimate on repair or replace 25+ year old oil heating system. We decided that we could replace a component of the existing system at a fraction of cost of "new" a system. Had work done within a few days.

From initial phone contact with scheduler (VERY PLEASANT), to watching Mr. James and his son complete the work, Dimensions 500 is our go-to HVAC black business operation.

In 2020 our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer, our home warranty company provided this company for us to come and service our AC unit. The technician called when he was enroute, he was extremely professional and thorough. He fixed the problem very fast and efficient. He recommended that the next season we should get our unit clean before turning it on.

In spring of 2021, we called this company back to have our AC unit cleaned based on the recommendation from the technician that fixed our unit in 2020. When we made the appt, they remembered us from the previous year. Again, called when they were enroute, very friendly, courteous and professional. Thorougly cleaned the unit. Stated we should feel a difference on the coolness of air in the home. I must say it feels as though we have a new unit vs this unit being 20 years old. They also advised us on what to do to maintain the unit for future maintainence.

Extremely pleased with this company, will continue to use them for our maintenance and upkeep on our AC unit. Very grateful with their honesty, pricing and awesome customer service!!

Ive used many ac and heating companies in the past and some were ok and some were not so professional but I must say this company is if not the best, one of the best serving Md. I needed my condenser unit and evaporator replaced due to a bad leak and George was able to give my affordable pricing. Not only was Dimensions early and on time, they were able to get the job done within a reasonable amount of time and my ac back up and running the same day!

George and his son are angels walking the earth! They were soooo kind and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me even though half of it went over my head!! Lol! He really took his time clean out my system and inspect every part of it. This has definitely motivated me to get my system checked twice a year! Don't procrastinate yall!!! It is very necessary!!

Spoke to them multiple times the day of the appointment. No show! Now sitting here with no AC and have to wait for another company to come fix the unit.
