Harold was excellent, kind, courteous, respectful & knowledgeable. He was careful about COVID and wore a mask. Harold figured out the problem & ordered the replacement part in minutes and then came back the next morning - Christmas Eve morning - and quickly repaired my furnace. He did an excellent job! Call Harold!

I would rather learn AC repair myself before using this "company's" service. when he first came out and serviced our unit he seemed ok. He was giving me A/C 101 while attempting to fix out unit. When it was time to get a call back or respond via text he was very uncommunicative. he left our unit wires hanging awhile saying he would return and then never heard from again. That is when I called another A/C repairman and they even stated that Exclusive HVAC didn't know what he was doing.
