Company scheduled for appointment. Calls 30 minutes before appointment and upon not getting a near immediate answer to the call, they cancel the appointment and do not show up to do the contracted work. Unprofessional behavior and sloppy company. Do not recommend you use them!
Please do not use this company. The owner Robert called my warranty company stating he had not made contact with me causing them to close my ticket. We had an appointment for Wednesday 1-3 pm scheduled by Robert my husband took off from work they didn't show up, I called speaking to Robert who stated I will be there tomorrow. Still have not heard from anyone. I called the office and was told to get another contract they don't want to service my unit. I have been without air conditioning for 3 weeks. They are very rude, unprofessional, liars and nasty!
My home warranty company recommended this company to repair my Infinity Heating System. It is an electronic system and cannot be serviced by all heating companies. Robert came out and explained step by step everything that was wrong with my system. He was very pleasant, nice and very knowledgeable. My heat works just fine thanks to him. I highly recommend this company
My warranty company referred me to this company and I was very disappointed in their services. My insurance company will only pay the balance of the claim if they receive receipts of the Surge protector and the Crane they was suppose to use. They did not use a crane to put the air-condition on the roof. He use manpower, but he still charge a large amount for the manpower. He also could not give me a receipt for the Surge protector. I have paid the majority of the charge amount. Also, they were suppose to install a Goodman Air-Condition which was on the invoice, but he install a very inexpensive air-condition name Intertek.
Unfortunately, I have a home warranty and they sent this company to look at my HVAC system. Then only thing S&R is good at doing is taking your co-pay/cash and then making excuses or not following through on filling out the forms to get the home warranty company to approve the needed repairs. Mr. Cotton came out to diagnose the problem and after several weeks still no reply/response... but I really don't know how he could have diagnose the problem if he never even touched or opened any of the HVAC system? It was apparent that he did not want to work that day and apparently according to other reviews this is not the first time. If you have a choice...Do Not use this company, or you will regret it. It's sad that they take your money and then never follow through to get the issue resolved. I wanted to give them negative stars because that is what they deserve for wasting my time and money. BEWARE!!!
On 11.5.2019 Graham came to our home with a terrible disposition and then stated that our ignitor switch was broken. He took the part with him and told the other home owner that he would follow up on the the next day to no avail, no call, no show and no response to my call to his mobile. Very unprofessional, but this is what you beget when you try to support black businesses. If I could give him a zero I would. Bad behavior and profane language...not a good look.
