ESA is the best! Would never go anywhere else. We used them for an AC replacement and they were by far the most helpful out of everyone we called, and their prices were fair/in line with others. They also have a good maintenance plan. They do a great job!

Excellent service and prices. We had called another HVAC company first and they told us we needed a whole new unit. We called ESA for a second opinion and they diagnosed the actual issue without it costing us $20k+! It seems like ESA won’t try to sell you something you don’t really need, which means a lot. They take care to make sure your house is well sealed before recommending other options. They seem honest and respectful. Their technician who did work in our house was polite, quick, and thorough. We will definitely work with ESA from now on!

Superb experience from start to finish. From the first visit to the installation the ESA team provided outstanding service and customer feedback. Kudos to Bob Galla for his thoroughness in responding to our queries and providing excellent feedback every step of the way. The install teams were equally phenomenal--they carefully prepared the floors and work areas before removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. The areas were clean and the technicians ensured we were comfortable with system operation before they departed.

I would like to commend him for his efficiency, as well as his outstanding professional manner. Matthew and Ryan did a great job with the install, completing a complete removal of old HVAC system and install of new HVAC outdoor and indoor units.
They finished the install in one day as promised, which was important to me due to a next day family event. They managed this even though the outdoor unit system delivered in the morning had been damaged in the warehouse - not visible till unboxed. They managed to locate a second system, and get it installed all in one day as promised. The salesman, Richard Dean also stopped by several times to make sure all was OK and was instrumental in getting the second system from the warehouse. They were all friendly, neat and knew exactly what they were doing.

Tim visited this morning for the annual checkup. The experience was perfect. In addition to providing excellent service, Tim and I chatted about family and past experiences. He also gave me some tips on how o better maintain my AC unit. He's an excellent technician, and a great guy - as are all the folks I've encountered at ESA over the years. Keep up the good work.

They had worked on system for previous owner and it was complete garbage. They knew it was garbage (oversized unit, ducts that go to nowhere, returns in the wrong place) but didn't fix the problems. When I asked them for an estimate to fix the ductwork problems, they told me they would charge me $200 an hour labor to design a solution and it they didn't know how many hours would be needed. That was not even to start on the actual ductwork. Like I'm going to trust them to charge me for however many hours they claim to spend on a plan that doesn't involve any actual work, after they already apparently charged the previous owner a lot of money to work on the system when they knew it was not going to fix the problem. I really don't understand how this company gets an award when they treat people like this.
