ESA team arrived within one hour after our phone call to service our commercial heat pump system. This company has extremely honest team and don't take advantage on our emergency situation to overcharge customers. Keep doing a wonderful job and thank you for your service.

I can highly recommend ESA. Installation of a new AC and Furnace was scheduled within one week after placing the order. The space for the furnace was very, very tight but Ryan L. and his team fit in the new one just fine. (The original furnace was put in when the house was built before they put up the walls...). They showed up on time, cleaned up after they left, they handle the warranty registration, permit, inspection, rebate submission etc. Very Happy with their service.

Best HVAC company in the Columbia area! I've been having them maintain my units for years, and just had them install a brand new system. There were no surprises, and their staff were able to explain all of the options that were in my best interests instead of just whatever benefits them. They're all about building lifelong satisfied customers.

I purchased my heat pump and air conditioner from ESA 10 years ago and Tim F. has consistently been my semi-annual check-up guy for years. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the system. I do believe that they sold me a quality product and with their semi-annual maintenance agreement I will be able to keep this system running smoothly for another 10 years! They are a great company and Tim F. is a great guy.

I have been using Environmental Systems Associates for 18 years for all my maintenance - ever since they installed the system. I have always found all their technicians to be courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most recently Frank provided a lot of good information and recommendations on my 18 year old system. He even gave me a break on the price of the Freon he had to provide. I have asked for an estimate for a new system to replace my aging one. I usually get three estimates but based on my long term association with ESA I plan to forgo the other estimates!

Very professional company. Easy to communicate with. We choose them to replace our AC unit. Their process were in line with other companies of good reputation. Warranty was slightly better and they were very easy to communicate with, which was important to us. Installers wore masks while working.

Ivan was very courteous and professional. He checked several things I asked him to look at and gave me a full report. He flushed out my outdoor unit with a hose that he brought himself and generally took more time with my unit than any other repair person from ESA and I have been using them since 2000. I was impressed with Ivan and recommend him highly.

Ivan G. and Rick G. completed a full air conditioner and furnace installation. They did an excellent job above and beyond what I expected. They even replaced dirt around the AC unit with gravel to keep the unit clean. They also relocated outdoor speaker wires I had resting on my hot water tank. The sealed all the new duct work and put the new AC unit on risers as requested. The new carrier infinity AC system is awesome. I'm extremely happy with the work they did.

Ivan G. did a great job explaining the programmable thermostat, furnace filter replacement, and AC maintenance and cleaning.

Tim F. came to our house for the first time today. He performed the routine maintenance on our heating system as per our new maintenance contract. He then checked all our heating related parts, including the humidifier, the registers in every room, etc. He made recommendations for things that were done improperly by our builder that are keeping us from getting maximum efficiency from our system. Instead of saying these improvements need to be done today, he suggested we wait a couple of months to be able to get a 25% discount because we have a maintenance contract. WE really appreciate his expertise and his suggestions. WE are very happy with ESA.

I was told by another contractor that my hvac was over 30 years old and in need of immediate replacement. Bobby with ESA came out, told me no, it’s only 12 years old, and with proper maintenance has many years of life left. Honest, on time, and so kind and courteous. Oh yes, did I say HONEST loudly enough? Thank you Bobby and ESA! I’ll be using ESA and recommending them to my friends and family.
