All three men and their helpers did an excellent job. Worked from the time they arrived until the job was finished. Coordinated the installation of the new heat pump on the roof with the installation of the new heating and A/C unit in our condo unit. Also they responded quickly to make an adjustment for a minor problem, which was then resolved.

After using Environmental Services for over 40 years, I have to comment that in the last 6month I have found their service to be totally unacceptable.
They have refused to honor my prepayment for last years service agreement. Each time I have called, a receptionist says I need to speak with the service manager, Steve. She always says he is "out of the office" and connects me to his phone message line. He has never returned my 3
or 4 messages. I have been a paying customer to them since early 1970's. What happened to loyalty - something has changed in their business model. I am finding a new company.

Richard Dean took great care to evaluate my heating and cooling system in the summer of 2020, gave me an outline of the various options to replace my heating & cooling system, did not pressure me to make an immediate decision, and this week - seven months later, his team of professional installers spent the day installing my new equipment. The installers were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of protecting my flooring. I've signed up for continuing coverage on both my existing and newly installed heating and cooling zones. It's nice to know I'm working with a reliable company. Thank you ESA!

I have been using Environmental Systems for 14 years now as my regular maintenance and I must say I wouldn’t use anyone else, all the technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, very responsive and have very good customer service skill, they are always on time and I know for sure that my system is in good hands with them. My experience with your company was excellent! The salesperson Bob Galla explained everything that was needed in the process, he identified and advised all the repairs needed for vent and the ducts. Bob's proposal and the format I received was very formal; I really appreciated that a lot. He was responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. The duct cleaners were very efficient and the installers were so nice

There is a good reason why ESA is in demand. Letting just anyone mess with your HVAC can be a disaster, an expensive one- and an expensive lesson I learned.
These guys are good at their work, and not out to rip you off. It can feel daunting as the most of us are not HVAC experts. I felt like I was getting professional advice with sensible and relatively affordable options.
Highly reccomend, they have a lifetime customer now.

I rent from owner who scheduled service. Otherwise, I would seek legal remedy. As it is I think this company took advantage of an old woman.
Our A/C went out on or about May 20th. They responded the following week saying a new compressor was needed and it would not be in until June so were scheduled to repair on June 15th.
Meanwhile my landlord gave me a window unit that was broken, dirty and defective to use. Since I could not use in window I set up on trunk by sliding glass doors and only used on hottest days while I was present.
It was loud, spit out black stuff and soaked everything nearby with more than water…some type of dirty oil that stained.
The area I mostly stay in has been so humid and moist the floor, walls, sofa, bedding and
so on are damp; so much so shelving has separated from the wall and paint was actually damp.
I finally just unplugged A/C and cleaned the best I could and stayed away as much as possible. I asked that when EAS returned they take portable unit wherever the owner wanted it.
However, first they did not show up and then the owner had to call. When they did show up on the 15th they did not have the part that was needed which they obviously knew ahead of time. Instead they went back and forth moving things and not putting them back plus left screen door on the ground.
They blamed their vendor and said the part was being overnighted from TN and they would be back on Friday the 17th. Their window came and went on Friday and once again they had to be called. This time instead of calling and saying the part had not come they brought a window unit for the upstairs but did absolutely nothing for me on one of the hottest days of the year.
I started questioning their ethics, pointed out their stories did not make sense and asking if they were discounting their services or lack thereof. When asked they basically said their vendor, Trane, lied to them. Even if that’s true it’s highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
Finally, late on June 20th, a MONTH after the A/C went out they said they’d be out with the part on Thursday June 22nd as they had “ asked for a tracking number this time”.
Late in the afternoon on the 21st I’m told they’re now coming. Two people came WITHOUT the part we’ve all been supposedly waiting a month for!!! How do I know this? Not because they were forthcoming or transparent but because the two guys they sent out were dumb enough to be laughing about it as one kept sending the other out while he basically salvaged and rigged parts together.
I specifically asked that they clean up their mess and put things back the way they found them. I also asked AGAIN for them to move the broken A/C that was useless to me wherever the owner wanted it. When I was leaving for work one of them asked me where it was and I told him. It could have bit them all on the nose if it was any more obvious and they passed by it numerous times!
When I came home from work they had cleaned up some but left the screen door open and back door unlocked plus did not clean up all objects from the outside. Several were sharp and could have hurt someone. My brother tried to move the a/c today and when he picked it up it was leaking something all over his shirt and the floor. He wants to throw it out but why are we doing all this work!?!
I was told this company had such an excellent rating. I am NOT the one who picked them or paid them but thank goodness for social media so I can warn unsuspecting victims.
Disrespectful and liars is the very best I can say about this company. Use at your own risk!!!

Mr. Dean was himself very informative and willing to discuss the details of need for our Home HVAC system. He provided a proposal for several options regarding different HVAC system and explained pros and cons of each system in a very cordial and understandable manner. Once my wife and I made the decision on the type of the system, he was very timely to send the contract for review. He scheduled the work within two days of us signing the contract. His crew were very professional, courteous, punctual, and polite. They did the job in a timely manner and removed all the old equipment and delivered the job in a great quality. The Head Technician oriented us to the system that they installed and showed the operation of thermostat, changing filter in the air handler, etc. All in all, we could not ask for any better deal than what ESE crew under the leadership Mr. Dean provided for us. The price was very reasonable and great for the system that we requested and they installed in our home. We will definitely recommend ESE to anyone with utmost confidence.
