Salesman Richard was prompt in answering my questions and very clear in describing his product. I had a new gas line installed from the street to my house by BGE. ESA kept me informed as the project progressed. HVAC system was done according to stated schedule. Installer Ryan fully explained the install, and he and his crew were very efficient and left site in good order. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The whole team was great. They installed a new heat pump, air handler, and hot water heater. I really appreciated the proposal that included multiple systems to choose from (at multiple price points), and explained all of the pros and cons with every option. I didn’t feel any pressure to pick the costliest option. The installation itself also went perfectly. We will definitely be calling ESA for any future HVAC needs.

Environmental Systems Associates has been my go to HVAC company for about 5 years now, they have always been very knowledgeable, experienced and MOST important of all HONEST! They will give you multiple options for issues and not try to steer you to the most expensive one. They will find the RIGHT solution to your issues and try to get the MOST out of your current HVAC system. Ivan G. most recently came out to do a regular maintenance and he was extremely experienced, cordial, patient with all my questions and gave me straight up answers. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to use this company for any of your HVAC servicing needs, I'm a customer for life! Their most recent technician, Ben Griswold courteous, knowledgeable and professional!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Environmental Systems Assoc. (ESA) I was in the market for replacement of two full heating and A/C systems, and requested quotes from several contractors including ESA. I was initially attracted to them by their many years of "Best in Howard County" rating as well as the ESA website. By far, ESA was the most responsive and prompt in reviewing my systems and providing a quick quotation. The quotation was the most professional and complete, with a high level of transparency on what was being quoted and a competitive price. They patiently answered all my questions, they were willing to work with me on specific requests I had, were able to schedule the work in a reasonable timeframe, and were able to install both systems on the same day with minimal disruption.
The installation crew was also excellent. They knew what they were doing, were professional and polite, they laid tarps down wherever they needed to be, and left the house and premises in a clean state. They also did a great job of educating me on the operation of the new system and thermostat programming, providing all the equipment manuals and warranty information, etc.
It is very clear that ESA has a strong customer focus, an excellent product portfolio, excellent support information, excellent service and installation capability.

This company rates 5 stars. My A/C was installed by them in an old house over twenty yrs ago and they have consistently maintained in excellent condition. Ben did the maintenance today and was efficient and thorough.
