Nick Sr. was wonderful! He ran diagnostics quickly and had our AC unit working in less than 10 minutes. He was kind, courteous and explained everything. Prices were fair and I would highly recommend!

I had AC and furnace replaced with them in mid 2020. Recently, heating stopped and came out and fixed it without any hassle.. They came earlier then the appointment window which was a plus. It has been always good experience..

We really couldn’t be happier. We had an emergency with our system going out at 10 PM. We called thinking there might be an on-call service but there wasn’t I didn’t even leave a message the next morning they called me back and said hey you’re one of our customers we see we missed a call from you they made sure everything was OK and they got a technician out to me first thing in the morning. The technician was courteous was on time fix the issue even explain to me what was going on as it was happening this is exactly what you want from the service provider customer for life

The Buric technician was extremely professional and explained what process he was doing for my regularly scheduled maintenance. Buric was able to reschedule their appointment time to coordinate with me. I've also found that they are much more honest about repairs needed rather than trying to sell a new unit compared to some other companies. They were great!

Buric has been to our house twice, and both visits were excellent experiences. Tony serviced our boilers and heat pump, and came back after the snow and freeze hit to look at concerning noises in the (aging) heat pump. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and (maybe my favorite) explained clearly what he was doing and what he found. This was one of the better service experiences I've ever had.
