Buric Heating and Air Conditioning

I’ve had Buric for just over a year. The two different technicians who came to our house were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as I asked many questions. I highly recommend this company!

After having a poor experience with another company, I have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism with Buric and my technician, Danielle. My questions and concerns were answered and explained well and it was an overall great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone! Danielle always takes time to explain options and is so helpful clarifying what each option offers, how a tax credit might affect the cost, etc.

Danielle is our preferred technician as she always takes care of any issues. We generally don't have any problems as our initial setup was done so well. The regular maintenance keeps things on track.

Nick has serviced by HVAC systems for years and I won't use anyone else. It's not habit. He impresses me all over again every time. Twice over the years, circumstances led me to using other places. Both times I regretted it. He's the best.

Buric was terrific from start to finish. Nick Jr. got me an appointment within 24 hours. Our technician, Danielle, spent the time explaining the situation and gave us multiple options for replacing an outdated air handler. Although we’d worked with two other companies repairing this system, Danielle was the first technician who took the time to explain why our system needed upgrading. Buric then offered a fair price (less than 1/2 of what a bigger outfit charged) and was transparent about the cost, scheduling, and scope of work. The installers were courteous and even quiet! They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Now with our first hot days of the summer right around the corner, we have a functioning system! Terrific company. I highly recommend.

Danielle came to our rescue on a hot summer day. She is so knowledgeable and went above & beyond to diagnose the actual problem with our AC unit. We live in a newly built house and unfortunately our AC broke down twice in just after 7 years. We had 3 other repair guys came to check the problem and ALL suggested to replace the unit and it was going to cost us 6k-10k. Danielle was the last person to come that day. She tested everything step by step and fixed the problem quickly and charged us $350. We were so thrilled & also very disappointed at the other repair guys (some are from very famous companies with years of experience in this business) who were trying to either rob us/ have no clue of what they were going. We truly appreciate Danielle’s honesty & help. She also helped us to sign up for the membership. We highly recommend this company, specially Danielle. Thank you so much.

All technicians here are extremely professional and knowledgeable to share other tips to maximize air quality in the house. The entire Buric team I’ve interacted with so far are so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!
