Our technician, Danielle, was great. I appreciated that she wore a mask and shoe covers in the house. She was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue we had with our thermostat. She explained things well and took the time to make sure everything was working properly after she fixed the issue.

Danielle from Buric was Amazing! She explained my options with pros n cons and was generally pleasant. I highly recommend for at the very least an estimate to upgrade/fix your system.

She is respectful of our home by covering her feet when she is in the house and cleaning up when she completes the service. She is also very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. It is very easy to make an appointment with Buric Heating and Air Conditioning and I would recommend this business for any HVAC service.

Ian did a great job of diagnosing the problem with our AC. He answered all our questions and was really pleasant to deal with. I found him very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him if you have a problem with your AC unit.
