Five Stars to Ben Otunba and James for the HVAC replacement installation at Woodley Plaza Condominium (a Condo Unit) on a very HOT July 18th day. The day started at 7:30 am navigating the rooftop compressor graveyard and ended at approx. 7:00 pm with hands-on instruction on changing the interior unit's filter to the operation of the thermostat. Faced with very little space to remove and install the interior system in a utility closet, Ben methodically and skillfully removed the old interior unit with the welcomed new unit. I found Ben very helpful and knowledgeable on HVAC systems and he took the initiative to check the dryer vent connection that had been expelling lint which had impacted the life of the old unit. Both Ben and James were very respectful, courteous and pleasant to work with and they cleaned up the areas used for the install before the left for the evening. Removing an old HVAC system and replacing with a new one is an exhausting job but Ben and James made it seem effortless. Great job! Althea Sonneville, Gates Hudson Realty

Carlos , the technician, is excellent. He really knows about the heating/air conditioning units and provides excellent service. He is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this service.
